The only thing good about this casino is the bonus offer and the fact that they have Novomatic slots, which I like. When I first joined it I liked what I saw and decided to give it a try, which is where the problems started.
This casino needs to be Blacklisted. When you make a withdrawal they put a $500 daily limit, which takes 3 days to pay. No responsible gambling tools, good luck trying to close your account. Live chat doesn't exist. It's a total scam, so players stay away.

Absolute shambles when it comes to withdrawals, low amounts allowed at one time even though the website says 2500 a day (that's a lie). There is also NO live chat because it's AI bots that repeat automated responses and you can get absolutely no help, their VIP program is also a joke, I'm a level 11 VIP and when I go to live chat I get another automated response saying you now have a personal VIP manager who will reach out shortly, well five emails and give days later I haven't heard from anyone from VIP and have been left with absolutely no help (they promise higher withdrawal limits and faster withdrawals with VIP too btw which also isn't true)
