No Withdrawal After Specified Time

I've been trying to withdraw from this casino for 3 days now and still nothing, om making my withdrawal it said 24 hours, then i was told 2 days max, now its day 3 and still nothing, live chat are not real people and just automated responses that repeat the same thing, I was told a VIP manager would contact me shortly four times and nothing, I've sent multiple emails to the VIP department and not one response from them either! they have totally ignored me and as I said, live chat is just automated responses as seen in screenshots, I just want to withdraw my money but I've done everything I can to contact them and have just been ignored, I'm hoping you can get in contact with them as I have 500 euro pending and 2300 euro sitting in my account that they won't even allow me to withdraw until the first one has processed which they aren't doing.

I have attached images of the auto responses from live chat that do not help anyone that needs assistance and I've attached images from the ignored emails to my ''VIP Manager''

All I want to do is withdraw my money and would really appreciate your help

Withdrawal pending for 5 days

Tip-Top.bet canceled my withdrawal because I was supposed to complete my KYC, which I later did, in order for me to complete my withdrawal as requested.

Since then, I have been complaining about my withdrawal for 5days. Their response was that they have forwarded the complaint to the necessary department. That is what I get whenever I send them a message, either via email or live chat.

At this moment, I am confused and frustrated because I have completed all the necessary requirements regarding the verification requested from me. So I don't know why my withdrawal is still pending

I have a total of £794 with them, but I made a withdrawal of £500 because that there maximum payout per transaction.

Pls, I need your assistance

Requested self exclusion which was ignored and let me deposit

Joined this casino on the 24th of June.

I then requested my account to be closed on the 25th of June, as I have a gambling issue, which I told them.

They never replied to my email and left my account open.

One week later, I logged in and deposited 89 euros, which I should not have been allowed to do.

I wrote to them and said my account was not closed, to which they said they never got my email, which is a lie.

They then tried to lie about stuff.

Today, the 3rd of July, they emailed me to say my account is closed.

I will attach all emails and proof pics of my deposit and my request to close my account.

I want a full refund of my 89 euros

Delayed Payment settlement agreement

Dear Sir, Madam,

March 3th I made a settlement agreement with tip-top.bet casino. The amount is €1069,50.

After 20 reminders, till this moment I didn’t receive my refund. Every time I get the same email that they have payment issues.

I really hope you can help me to get my refund back.
