Withdrawal pending for 5 days

Tip-Top.bet canceled my withdrawal because I was supposed to complete my KYC, which I later did, in order for me to complete my withdrawal as requested.

Since then, I have been complaining about my withdrawal for 5days. Their response was that they have forwarded the complaint to the necessary department. That is what I get whenever I send them a message, either via email or live chat.

At this moment, I am confused and frustrated because I have completed all the necessary requirements regarding the verification requested from me. So I don't know why my withdrawal is still pending

I have a total of £794 with them, but I made a withdrawal of £500 because that there maximum payout per transaction.

Pls, I need your assistance
