Requested self exclusion which was ignored and let me deposit
Joined this casino on the 24th of June.
I then requested my account to be closed on the 25th of June, as I have a gambling issue, which I told them.
They never replied to my email and left my account open.
One week later, I logged in and deposited 89 euros, which I should not have been allowed to do.
I wrote to them and said my account was not closed, to which they said they never got my email, which is a lie.
They then tried to lie about stuff.
Today, the 3rd of July, they emailed me to say my account is closed.
I will attach all emails and proof pics of my deposit and my request to close my account.
I want a full refund of my 89 euros
