I don't see any downsides, but more withdrawal methods could be added. sometimes the games in the casino get stuck, so it's good to have good wifi connection.

Attitudes to safer gambling is non existent. Asked for my account to be shut no short of 10 times.

KYC is deliberately drawn out and over the top. Documents which were already sent and approved were often requested again and again.
