Live chat works from 9:00 - 1:00. They don't cover 24 hours. Also they don't have Norwegian agents and if you want to speak Norwegian they reply with google translate. You can understand but its not the best. If you speak English all good, no problem.

Verification works good and completed very fast. The games are plentiful and the first deposit bonus is also good. Love playing playngo so for me this was a good casino.

I do not like waiting 3 days for withdrawing to come in every time I withdraw something and I'm using wallet. If you decide to withdraw on a Wednesday or Thursday you gonna gave to wait until the next week cause they don`t do anything about withdraws at the weekends. I don`t care for the copy-paste when I talk to support.

If you win big make sure not to do it on your first deposit. That's strange. First withdrawal is also pending over 4 days now. And you can't do a second withdrawal when it's still pending. So if you win a large amount you have to have a lot of patience.
