Svenbet casino is a place I first heard about last month when the Askgamblers coin was launched and they were one of the partner sites. I was quite interested in them for several reasons- one being the generous AG coin offer and second- because they offered game providers I'm a fan of.
It was the first time I tried to claim AG coin and unfortunately it didn't work out for me as I planned. I tried to verify my phone number on AG page but for some reason I couldn't do that and I couldn't receive the verification code to my phone. Anyway, before signing up I started a conversation with Svenbet casino live support to see if I could get the bonus just coming directly from askgamblers site. The agent said yes, but here it was my fault as I think I didn't explain myself clearly enough. Anyway, I signed up and contacted support again and they told me that my account isn't signed up through the AG coin and therefore I couldn't receive the coin bonus. Although I was a bit upset, I know it was an error at my end not the casinos. What I found to be very nice was that the support agent credited me with 5eur bonus anyway, as a welcoming gesture.
