Svenbet zahlt seit ca. einem Monat mein Geld nicht aus...

Mein Account wurde 2 mal verifiziert (siehe screens), ich habe 11 Dokumente verifiziert (siehe screens - alle Dokumente Gültigkeit November und Dezember) und meine Auszahlungsanfrage wurde 9 mal ohne Feedback abgelehnt (siehe screens).

Es kommen immer wieder neue Anfragen nach neuen Dokumenten bzw. schon eingeschickte und verifizierte Dokumente werden noch einmal angefragt...

Hallo, ich habe ein problem mit einer svenbet auszahlung in hoehe von 1000 Euro, die ich am 02.12.2019 beantragt habe. Nach zweifacher rueckfrage beim kundendienst wurde ich vertroestet, dass es die finanzabteilung in kuerze bearbeitet, ich mir keine sorgen machen soll und es keinen ersichtlichen grund gaebe warum die auszahlung nicht funktionieren sollte. bin voll verifiziert. mittlerweile sind 7 tage vergangen und am status meiner auszahlung hat sich nichts veraendert. komplett unbearbeitet.

Sehr schade, da mir der aufbau der seite, umfang und spiele im casinobereich sehr viel freude bereitet hat und einen extrem guten eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Ich hoffe sie koennen mir helfen das problem zu loesen.

After I played only three bets on this website my account was limited to a bet of 1 EUR. Ok, never mind and I wanted to withdraw the full balance.

My withdrawals are being withheld for more than 72h although the chatbot sent the reply that withdrawals are processed within 72h.

I also wrote an email to the support team, no answer. I just got a generic answer that they received my request.

Live chat does not exist and it's just generic bot answers.

The amount being withheld is: 376 EUR

I haven’t received my withdrawal and it's soon been 3 days since I did my withdrawal. My account is fully verified with all documents accepted. I have never had any problem with Curacao casinos. I don’t understand why you don’t just pay out my winnings. It was very easy to deposit but not to withdraw.

Another withdrawal from Svenbet is being delayed.

I am fully verified. The last two withdrawals came after I posted here about being delayed here in Askgamblers. And thank you for that.

But till the moment the case was closed as resolved.

Now I am writing a complaint again for the same situation.

72 Hours from submitting the withdrawal does not mean much I guess.

I have been member of svenbet for long time, I always made deposit without any problem. For the first time I got lucky with sportbetting and won 7600 euros. Then the problem started, they asked for KYC verification as on the terms. 

I provided everything from bank account, Id card, photo proof. Once KYC was verified after weeks I finally made 2 withdraw with 1000 euro each. They said to me first every withdraw takes up to 72 hours, but they wasted almost 1 whole week for each. 

When I tried to make third withdraw they said they need to do review and asked proof of phone number, I provided all documents and finally they verify and send third withdraw. I tried then to make fourth withdraw wednesday 25 october and yet they don’t accept the withdraw and everytime I ask the support they give me same answer and say they don’t know anything, they excuse is that another department is making reviews.

This is so frustrating the winnings the same amount 7600 euros and I haven't played a single game since I started first withdraw, it is the same amount but for each 1000€ they are taking over a week to review and accept it. Now I am worried as I read om other reviews that they will waste more time and even come up with some security reason to close my account or my winning, I read other people complaining. And I politely ask if you can help me with this and take it up with svenbet? It is nor right to treat a customer like this and making withdraw a nightmare, I provided every single document they asked for and my account is verify. To tell me all the time that another department is handling it and support don't know any answer is not right. 

I now ask for your help to reach those ”relevant department” who even Svenbet cant get answers from and help med recieve all my winnings? I so disappointed in Svenbet that I don't want to keep using their platform, I just want to take my winnings and forget this nightmare!!!

I have been fully verified for months and was able to withdraw from my account 2 months ago, after several stalling tries om their part. It has now been over 3 days since I requested my withdrawal and they have yet not processed it at all - even though they have a strict 72hr processing window according to their Terms and Conditions.

I do not understand their reason for not processing my withdrawal, as like I said, I have been fully verified for months.

I need help reaching SvenBets attention so that they can process my withdrawal within the timeframe presented in their terms of service.
