Stake Casino - Suspended account holding funds 3601 USDT

My stake account has been suspended and withdrawals are locked. I currently have 3601 USDT in the account. When I contacted their account team to inquire why my account was suspended and why I am unable to withdraw my own funds, they informed me that I need to resubmit documents for verification and only after this process will I be able to access my funds my account. Was already verified previously despite this I agreed to cooperate with them and submitted all the required documents including my identity proof, a selfie and all documents which they asked. After making me wait for over a week they rejected my identity document and selfie and are now demanding that I provide a passport for verification.

The issue is that I do not possess a passport, my account was already verified using other identity documents in the past and now they are making unnecessary excuses insisting on a passport to verify my account, I have explained to them multiple times that I do not have a passport and cannot provide one as I have never applied for or obtained one, despite this they continue to respond rudely and insist that I must submit a passport to withdraw my funds.

They have now stopped replying to my emails and this situation is causing me significant financial stress and I am deeply concerned about accessing my hard earned funds. If AskGambler platform can help me in resolving this issue I would greatly appreciate it, please help me.

Stake Casino - Repeatedly and unreasonably rejecting KYC and demanding impossible signed and stampedpayslips
Casino: Stake.com
Username: NikasNikas
Country: Canada
Date problem started: November 2025
Amount in dispute: 249 (locked)

Summary of the issue

My account at Stake.com has been temporarily suspended and my withdrawals blocked while the casino requests repeated and increasingly unrealistic KYC / source of funds documents, even though I have already provided everything that is actually available from my employer and bank.

Timeline and details

– On 20 November 2025 I received an email from Stake informing me that my account was suspended and that they needed additional KYC documents under their Terms of Service (Clause 4.8).
– I was asked to complete verification up to Level 4:
• Level 2 – selfie with ID and username/date
• Level 3 – utility bills and proof of payment for the last three months
• Level 4 – payslips and bank statements for specific months, with the salary figures matching
– I followed these instructions and, after some confusion about my username, Stake later confirmed that Level 2 and Level 3 were completed.
– For Level 4, I was first asked for payslips and bank statements for April, May and June 2025. I uploaded:
• Original electronic payslips for those months
• Bank statements clearly showing my salary deposits, which match the payslips
– Despite this, my submissions were rejected several times without any clear explanation beyond “documents did not meet the requirements”, and I was asked to re-upload everything multiple times.
– Later, Stake changed the requirement to May, June and July 2025 and again requested payslips and matching bank statements. I complied and submitted the documents again.
– After several days, I received a new message stating that my Level 4 submission was rejected because the payslips must be “signed and stamped by the authorised issuer and contain full company details.”

Employer confirmation – requested documents do not exist

My employer is a large Canadian utility company. I contacted the Manager of Payroll to try to satisfy Stake’s request. In writing, my employer confirmed:
– They do not have an official company stamp or seal for pay stubs.
– They do not issue pay stubs with signatures.
– Pay stubs are generated electronically in the same format for all employees and already contain company's letterhead and details.
– They cannot reissue payslips in a different format or add stamps/signatures.

This means that the type of document Stake is now demanding (signed and stamped payslips) is impossible for me to obtain, not only personally, but for any of my company's employee. I have already provided the only official payslips that exist, together with the bank statements showing matching salary deposits.

My position

I believe I have fully complied with Stake’s KYC and source-of-funds requirements to the best of my ability:
– ID verification and selfie have been accepted (Level 2).
– Address verification and bills have been accepted (Level 3).
– For Level 4, I have provided:
• Original electronic payslips for the requested months
• Bank statements for the same months with matching salary entries
• Written proof from my employer that they do not issue signed/stamped payslips and cannot reissue them

Despite this, Stake continues to reject my submissions and insists on a type of document that does not exist in my employer’s system. In practice, this means my account remains suspended and my funds are blocked for reasons beyond my control, even though I have been completely honest and transparent.

I understand that casinos must follow AML and KYC regulations. However, I feel that in this case Stake is moving the goalposts and demanding impossible documentation instead of reasonably assessing the documents I have provided.

What I am asking AskGamblers to do

I kindly ask AskGamblers to review my case and help mediate with Stake. Specifically, I am asking that:
– Stake accepts my official electronic payslips and matching bank statements as sufficient proof of income and source of funds and completes my Level 4 verification; or
– If Stake still refuses to verify me, that they clearly state their final position and release my remaining balance, rather than leaving my account indefinitely suspended despite full cooperation.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Stake Casino - Winning live roulette but bet denied

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a highly concerning incident that occurred on my Stake.com account, resulting in the denial of a legitimate win on Live Roulette and an inexplicable deduction from my balance.

On 14-07-25, at approximately 5:15pm EST, I was playing Live Roulette on Stake.com. My account balance at the time was a precise $500.00. I placed a single bet of $500.00 on "Black".

The spin concluded, and the ball landed on number 31, which is a black number. According to the rules of Roulette, this should have resulted in a winning payout, doubling my $500.00 bet to $1,000.00.

However, immediately after the spin, instead of receiving my winnings, I was presented with an error message stating: "Not enough funds." This message was perplexing, as my balance clearly showed $500.00 at the time I placed the bet, and the bet itself was accepted.

To make matters worse, upon checking my main account lobby balance directly after this incident, my balance had inexplicably changed from $500.00 to $499.99. It appears as though a single, unexplainable penny ($0.01) was deducted from my account at the exact moment I should have received my winning payout, effectively triggering the "not enough funds" error and preventing my legitimate winnings from being credited.

I promptly contacted Stake's support team via live chat (and subsequently via email), and the issue was escalated. I received a response from a representative, BrankoV, who stated that the issue was due to "the balance on the provider's end will always be rounded to two decimals and if you have for example $4.4999 on your balance, it will be rounded to $4.5, but if you try placing a bet with $4.50 or go all in, it will be rejected due to insufficient funds." They then claimed they were "unable to compensate by crediting potential winnings since no funds were deducted from your account for the bet in question."

I find this explanation to be entirely inconsistent, illogical, and unsatisfactory for the following reasons:

Initial Balance Integrity: My account was funded with a perfectly round $500.00. There were no underlying decimal points that should have resulted in a "499.9999..." scenario.

Bet Increment Integrity: All my subsequent bets (and previous activity) were in precise $0.01 increments (e.g., $0.01, $0.02, $0.50, $1.00), meaning my balance should always remain at precise two-decimal places. It is mathematically impossible for my balance to have organically reached a state requiring such a complex rounding explanation.

Timing of the Error: The $500.00 bet was successfully placed and accepted, indicating sufficient funds. The "not enough funds" error only appeared at the point of the winning payout, after the winning outcome was determined. This strongly suggests a system malfunction or synchronization issue at the point of crediting winnings, not a pre-existing insufficient balance due to rounding.

Denial of Winnings: The casino's claim that "no funds were deducted from your account for the bet in question" is misleading, as the issue isn't about the original $500 bet being deducted (it was accepted), but rather about the non-payout of the winning bet due to a phantom balance error, which then mysteriously caused my balance to drop to $499.99.

This situation indicates a clear technical fault or an erroneous interpretation by Stake's support team. I believe my winning bet was legitimate and should have been paid out. The provided explanation does not explain the discrepancy, the phantom deduction, or the denial of my winnings.

I am seeking a thorough re-investigation of this incident, focusing on the actual technical logs of the Live Roulette game at the specified time, and the immediate crediting of my winnings of $500.00 (representing my original bet being returned plus the winning amount).

Thank you for your attention to this critical matter.

Sincerely,

At first everything is good but nowadays Stake is not the same as it used to be, they don't even care about the small players they took all the benefit they promised.

User: ZoldyckX

Stake.com has completely on it's way to DOWNFALL.
Here's why:

They keep nerfing the bonus since the launch of KICK.COM they need to pay streamers and their 200millions deals. And I believe kick never made any single profits till this day.
They keep sponsoring F1, UFC, and soccer team that must cost a lot.
Stake.com paying for all of those from the player bonuses.

And most recently they always giving CODE DROP BAN (you not allowed to claim any code drop)
They said this was for bots but in fact a lot of random people got ban just because they had a profit week session and not even claiming the drop.
It doesn't make any sense but Eddie always saying it's for bots etc. It's stake with their scam strategies to let people play but not claiming the benefit of playing there.

If any of yall playing on stake since years ago you know this is the truth. Stake nerf bonus and their RTP sucks.

It's all about the Code Bans going on lately on Stake. It's not fair that we have a huge wager and in random days they will send email containing restrictions about codes. RTP also not working unlike before.
We understand bots are all the reasons of these but how about legit players like us who are doing some deposits and losing sht and then we received that kind of email from them??

So I played Crash on a bunch of casinos but specifically on stake my render button sometimes does not load. That is a software glitch that has cost me 1000 and when i complained to Stake i was ignored. Sometimes the service of stake feels like it just wants to please its streamers instead of its customers who lose their money. Atleast make it fair and not cheating.

The Fall of the Game: My Stake.com Experience

I’ve been a Stake player since 2021. Back then, the site felt like the pinnacle of online casinos—booming with excitement, fair play, and rewards that kept you hooked. But things have changed. This site is now just an empty shell of an online casino and I’ve had some of the worst experiences in my gambling journey.

Let me talk about some of my frustrations. Imagine being an active player, grinding day and night, pouring time and money into a casino, and yet feeling completely invisible. That’s been my reality with Stake. I’ve got not one, but two Platinum 1 accounts, both bursting with activity. You’d think that level of activity would earn me some some rewards. But guess who’s getting all the bonuses? Definitely not me.

It’s baffling, really. My friends, who barely log in, seem to be drowning in bonuses. They flash their deposit offers and bonus link mails. Meanwhile, I’m left staring at my empty inbox, wondering why I’m being overlooked. It’s infuriating, to say the least.

And it’s not just about the bonuses. My weekly and monthly payouts are laughable. I’m talking about receiving a measly $0.03 for wagering $20,000 and facing heavy losses. It’s like a slap in the face, especially when you see the kind of rewards others are raking in. When I’ve tried to bring these issues to their live support, I’m met with a bot like automated response after almost a day has passed by that does nothing to address my concerns. The chat closes after their automated message which infuriates me more

The transparency on Stake.com has become non-existent. The raffles they host weekly? Somehow, people with just one ticket are the ones walking away with the grand prizes. And don’t get me started on the social competitions. Their own affiliated streamers, who probably don’t need the rewards, win time and time again. It’s become clear that these events are a rigged game, and the real players like us don’t stand a chance.

Perhaps the most maddening part of all this is the bots. Stake’s telegram wager requirement bonus drops are a complete farce. They’re swarmed by bots that auto claim the drops and despite countless complaints from the community, Stake does nothing. The bots keep winning, and real players are left with nothing

The games feel rigged.I know it's supposed to be a casino where the house wins at the end of the day but at times it feels so scammy.Like they just turn on a switch to make me lose everytime.Countless deposits have gone down without me getting a single win on the graph

Stake.com has fallen hard and the people running it seem to not care for its players. We as players and regular customers feel betrayed and I’m left wondering how long I can keep playing at a casino that no longer feels like a casino at all.

Very inconsistent casino site. I am a new user and week one only 10 code drops were posted and i disnt meet requirements. Following week i wagered 25k and 0 code drops.. Also weekly n monthly bonuses aren't as good as other sites.

The good old days is really gone on stake..lowered bonuses, rigged games which you can never win i honestly never win a thing for months but the streamers promoting stake easily wins daily which of course stakes fake money. They just wanna lure players to play. Support teams are like robots no one can answer simple questions. The worst experience on this site is my 110 times depo without any withdrawal. Asked my host for some bonus and answered to play more. Stake is pure money maker without any concerns to players!!

Stake: Reminiscing About the Good Old Casino Days!

Stake Casino, the digital playground and my old casino friend in which time split us from interacting.

Stake was my once go-to casino, a veritable treasure trove of privileges and perks that enabled more than a few fiat deposits. The ability to deposit using cryptocurrencies was a game-changer as it was faster to cash out on the contrary. I still remember my last deposit of 0.00072896 BTC, which was about $62 CAD at the time. It felt like I was part of an exclusive club, where the currency of choice was digital gold. This was two years ago when the casino gates were wide to let any player pass. Now there are bouncers stopping Ontarians from entering!

One of the standout features of Stake was the vibrant community. They had their own online forum where players could share tips, strategies and stories of their biggest wins and losses. It was like a digital speakeasy for crypto gamblers and I loved every minute of it as well as the idea.

But let's get to the heart of the matter which are the games. My absolute favourite was a slot called Dork Unit. This game was a cartoon riot, involving quirky characters and unique gameplay. The multiplier gifts that triggered respins were astounding, but the real beauty happened during the rare Dork spins. Landing clowns on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th reels was like the most wonderful setup to any player because this can be the "touchdown in football" or the "Messi of all free spins". These expanding wilds? Pure bliss! Timmy, Hector or Lenny can appear in any of the 3 reels.

Alas, all good things must come to an end. In 2022, Stake closed it's golden decorated doors to players in Canada, specifically in Ontario. It was a sad day and I was forced to seek out other hidden gems like 500 Casino and Gamdom. While they have their own charms, they can't quite match the magic of Stake.

I still have $2.33 USD sitting in my Stake account, a relic of my glory days. I'm debating whether to withdraw it, fees be damned or let it sit there as a memento. But there's a glimmer of hope on the horizon. Rumour has it that Stake.ca might be launching in 2024 and we Canadians are waiting with nervous tension. The thought of a casino coming back to us. I can't wait to dive back into the world of Stake.

So, here's to Stake, a witty named casino that set the bar high and left us wanting more chips. May we soon reunite and continue our crypto gambling adventures. Until then, I'll be here, reminiscing about the good old days and dreaming of those free spins that can trigger in another online casino.

They offer a wide variety of games on their sportsbook and a wide variety of slot providers. Deposits are quick and easy and they offer many different cryptocurrencies. Their VIP rewards are fun and engaging.

They closed my account and kept my 11 550 dollar balance which was deposited money, not winnings. I was accused of providing edited documents for KYC, which absolutely is not true. I asked for evidence of wrongdoing multiple times, but was informed that no evidence would be provided and that the decision was final.

Instant withdrawals
- Above average or excellent user experience (in terms of website design).
- Limited bureaucracy on player verifications.
- It has many other available languages which is good but RTL is not an option.

Terrible customer support live chat, this just makes the players mad because it only reaches deadends. Complaints, Support, and Tech support emails are also the same thing, take a lot of time and barely help.
- Recently, very bad server stability and playing live games, does in fact cause the player to lose money without full compensation. This has been for over 3 weeks now and the website is getting attacked and the player is the one who gets punished by rate limiting causing even more bad experiences.
I would also like to add that my recent case has been open for over 5 days (120 hours) without an update from tech support, a job that will take a maximum of 5 minutes. (Talking here from past experience, multiple times). This contradicts Stake's pride in its instant help and is totally unacceptable.

I've been playing at Stake Casino since 2017 and it's been an amazing experience! Instant withdrawals and unbeatable weekly and monthly bonuses have made it a standout. I love their diverse game selection, user-friendly platform and responsive support team. Stake's original games are a highlight and I've had a blast playing them. Overall, Stake Casino has consistently exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for its top-notch gaming experience and lightning fast withdrawals.
