Maybe the only downside for my experience in Sportsbet.io was the slow reply rate for their chat support some time last week. Probably I only had a problem with the internet and my vpn back then so that is not much of a big deal for me as matters were resolved quickly thanks to tech support from their help centre on my own. Simple troubleshooting was all it needed lol. This is why I'm still giving a total of 10 because I have no complaints to send away.

I think there is nothing to point out as a flaw for the site but maybe they should widen their picks in their news section. That should be a big help for all of us since we are betting on the big games and we would love to know which is the best one to bet on right now.

Another minor flaw for me is they only have the likes of Dota 2, League of Legends, StarCraft 2, Counter Strike for Esports atm. Maybe they can add some new ones that are starting to win the betting market as well :)
