I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from SpinDragons Casino.

On September 4, 2026, in the morning, I submitted a withdrawal request from my SpinDragons account. My KYC verification has already been successfully completed, and I received an email confirming that my verification was successful.

However, my withdrawal is still showing as “Pending”.

I have contacted SpinDragons customer support several times to ask when I can expect my withdrawal to be processed. Their responses have been unclear and concerning.

In my most recent live chat, the support representative stated that the successful KYC verification does not automatically mean that the withdrawal will be completed because further checks may still be required. I was also told that they cannot guarantee that the withdrawal will be completed this week.

What concerns me particularly is another statement made by the support representative. They stated that the withdrawal will be processed independently of any activity on my account, but immediately afterwards stated that the account level and recent activity play a key role in the processing speed, and that more active accounts receive faster withdrawals.

I find this contradictory and very concerning. I do not believe that I should be encouraged or expected to continue gambling in order to have my already-requested withdrawal processed faster. I have no intention of playing or depositing any further money at SpinDragons in order to obtain my withdrawal.

I have kept screenshots of my withdrawal request, the successful KYC confirmation, my withdrawal status showing “Pending”, and my complete conversations with customer support. I am prepared to provide all of this evidence.

I am not asking for any special treatment. I simply want my legitimate withdrawal to be processed and paid to me without unnecessary delay.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to review this case and assist me in obtaining my withdrawal.

I have been waiting since 03.03.2026, Time 15:08:29. Also, I'm fully verified on site, and I have received a couple of withdrawals from you before. It looks like you just dont want to send me my money?

The last withdrawal I got from you was on 01.01.2026

I do not think this timeframe you have for sending my withdrawals is acceptable. What do you think?

And how will you compensate me for this?

I won 17k€ on Spindragons Casino on 05/02.

I have a limit of withdrawal of 1000€/day, and i am level VIP 5/,7 but at this moment they only processed 500€/day when they decide to processed withdrawal.

I have one withdrawal of 500€ pending since 06/02 and 2 withdrawal of 500€ since 09/02.

Monday, they processed another withdrawal of 06/02, while they said that maybe the delays are longer because of the weekend.

On the T&C it’s written that the withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

They take a long time to process withdrawal and they said that the withdrawals are faster if I continue to play, but I don’t want to play because last week I won 16k€ at the same casino and I lost all my money, so this time I want to withdraw all my money.

It’s not the first time they take time to process a withdrawal, so please can you help me to have a faster withdrawal with them?
