Extended withdrawal time

Hello,

I won 17k€ on Spindragons Casino on 05/02.

I have a limit of withdrawal of 1000€/day, and i am level VIP 5/,7 but at this moment they only processed 500€/day when they decide to processed withdrawal.

I have one withdrawal of 500€ pending since 06/02 and 2 withdrawal of 500€ since 09/02.

Monday, they processed another withdrawal of 06/02, while they said that maybe the delays are longer because of the weekend.

On the T&C it’s written that the withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

They take a long time to process withdrawal and they said that the withdrawals are faster if I continue to play, but I don’t want to play because last week I won 16k€ at the same casino and I lost all my money, so this time I want to withdraw all my money.

It’s not the first time they take time to process a withdrawal, so please can you help me to have a faster withdrawal with them?
