Terrible withdrawal policy.

They keep them pending for a very long time or delete the requests.
I made a withdrawal request 7 days ago and it’s still pending for example.

This is on purpose so the players cancel the withdrawals and loose the winnings.

Unethical business behavior. Personally addressed (full name) offers by mail get taken back after depositing for the reason that the (personally addressed) offer wasn't an offer for me. Could be just a mistake, but even after mentioning it to support it happened again after a week or so, so they're obviously trying to get people to deposit under the impression of getting a bonus which they don't want to grant in the first place. Quiet sad, because the casino itself is enjoyable, but a behavior like this is unignorable.

I added money, got the bonus and I started to play and clear the bonus. I have cleard the bonus and won 3000 euro. Whan i cashed aout 3x 1000 euro thay instantly deleted 2000 euro from my account cuz you are not allowed to win more than 1000 euro with bonus money. So you can win as much as you want but they will delete your balance after that. Very weird experience.

They change your withdrawal limit when you win!!! I deposited 1,500 euros in a whole month. when I managed to earn 20,000 they reduced my limit to 500 per day, they take days to reply to the email, they say that it is in the terms and that they can make the payment in any way they want. Today after more than 1 week I received 2 withdrawals of 500 euros. You deposit on the site and when you win they change your limits and say that it is in the terms. I've never seen a site like this and I don't know why it has good grades. I hope to be able to withdraw the balance because you really do not believe that you will receive it. I'm verified and I didn't use bonus. They are forcing me to withdraw 1/6 of the daily limit that is on all sites including in their terms.
