I've recently tried to withdraw from Snatch casino to find my withdrawals fail or be rejected each time.

I've tried every way possible from card, bank and wallet, all of which are being cancelled each time.

I keep getting the same excuses over and over.

I require 300 pounds to withdraw. I've tried withdrawing 3 x 100 and still no use.

I'm KYC registered, so I don't see what the issue is here and would like a fast recovery and fix.

When I applied for a withdrawal of $660, I was asked to submit identification, so I emailed them photos of the front and back of my driver's license and a selfie. Two weeks have passed, but I still haven't received a confirmation email. I inquired via chat, and they said they would contact the relevant department to handle the matter. However, I haven't heard back. I also emailed the KYC department, but they replied that it would take some time.

On 2 October, at the casino’s request, I re-submitted a new, high-quality selfie with my ID and their website visible. I have received no reply since then. My withdrawal request remains on hold pending KYC.

I have followed every instruction, yet the casino has not provided any confirmation or timeframe for verification completion. This delay now exceeds six weeks and is preventing me from accessing my funds.

I kindly request that the AskGamblers Complaints Team assist in obtaining a clear update and completion of my KYC verification so my withdrawal can proceed.

Ive tried to withdraw the "massive" 100euro for over 8 months while fighting with their average email response time of a month.

1. They block withdrawal for 2 months "to verify bets?"
2. I withdraw when im already verified before they update site, they block withdrawal
3. I ask why and no email till weeks later
4. They ask for documents, not all but one document each mail which was maybe the slowest response time ive ever experienced
5. Once they got all documents (many many months later) they want a translation of the bank statement? LOL
6. After all that still no response after 8 months

I dont care about the 100 euro i just wanted to see how long they would refuse to pay but maaaan. Anyone reading this, do not play here.

I am writing to you in regards to a recent gambling experience with snatch casino. I've been playing with them for over a year now and got KYC verified back in march last year. Had a few cash outs from them with no problems.

3 weeks ago I got a win and wanted to cash out. It was denied and an additional request for KYC verification was put in place. I have provided all the information to the relevant team and have been told to hold until they resolve the issue. I was waiting patiently but it's been a week now and still no resolution from either the support or the kyc team. Today I tried to log into the account and found that I have been locked out. I will attach a copy of all the email correspondence as well as the winning balance to this email. I will also attach a copy of the link that leads to the biggest win in the balance.

I found this casino and thought it looked great, so made a few deposits over a couple of days. I eventually had a decent win and attempted to withdraw $1,000 on 5/09.

The withdrawal was cancelled and locked and I received an email requesting KYC documents. I immediately replied with the documents attached.

I then received an identical KYC request from another email address. This was odd, but I attached the documents again.

Since then I've attempted to contact them via those addresses as well as support and have just received the same response. It's been two weeks and I gave up hope and played with the full balance.

I just don't want others to get stung because online reviews show that many others have had the same experience. I'm also concerned considering they have my identification.

However, if I manage even a modest profit, they drag out the withdrawal process as long as possible, throwing endless excuses to keep the funds in my account. It feels like they’re hoping I’ll slip up and use the money to play again. Right now, I’m stuck waiting 48 hours for a withdrawal, but I fully expect more delays with vague justifications. I requested a withdrawal of 10,074 NOK about a week and a half ago. Despite submitting all required KYC documents and fully complying with their requests, the casino has continually delayed the payout. They initially confirmed that my documents were approved, but the funds have never been transferred.

Last night they claimed the money was “returned to my casino balance,” which is not true. I checked my account and the funds are not there. This means they are providing misleading information and not processing my withdrawal properly.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to look into this matter and assist me in ensuring that my funds are released without further delays.

I've been playing in this casino for almost a month. I made a deposit a few days ago with a 50% bonus. After I lost my deposit money I accepted the bonus which was 10 euros and until the end of the wagering requirements I reached 750 euros. They voided the 700 euros from my balance and left with 50 euros ( I accept that because it's in their terms). The 50 euro was withdrawable and clean. So I decided to play instead of withdrawing. With this money, I reached 2250 euros and after I made 3 cashouts of 500 and left in my balance 750 euro they came again and deleted all and left me with 53 euro in my balance. I talked to the support asking them to show me what the term is again and she wasn't helpful saying that I have other customers to talk also and go find it yourself. I wouldn't recommend this casino to anyone. They are trying to scam all the time

This casino has a bad reputation, a poor reputation license, has many complaints for payouts so its highly unlikely you will get paid if you win, and I am highly suspect that this casino uses cheating low RTP slots.

I have deposited twice at this casino, and both times I haven't even completed 10% of the wager before I went busto, even while keeping the bets very low (40c-80c) on a $300 starting balance.

This is indicative to me that they are using cheating/rigged low rtp slots and ripping players off.

I have been investing in the site for months. They caused a problem of 500 euros for the first withdrawal.
Even though I sent the documents, they did not approve the account. They deleted my money during the game because of the Bonus winning limit. They are deleted during automatic play. Nothing. This casino is cheating the players. Bonus is hard limited on a 5x Withdrawal. Waiting time for the chat is almost one hour.

This casino has a very bad bonus politicy. Bonus winnings are limited 5x for payout. That's less then in all casinos I know. It is not possible to delete your account! Even the VIP manager is not willing to close it. The games are manipulated. It is not possible to win when you play with bigger bets. The licence is bought in a corrupt Country. They are not allowed to offer their games in the EU. Withdrawal is limited on 1500 Euro and the withdrawal needs 5-7 days to be confirmed. It is not possible to withdrawal more money in this time. So the casino lies, when it says you can withdrawal 50.000 €/month. Because of the long time you have to wait for your withdrawal you only can withdrawal ca. 5000-7000 €/ month. Even if you deposit many thousands Euros. It is the worst casino, I have ever played. The VIP manager Alice is lies all the time. Also she is not willing to close your account and deleting your dates. Please play somewhere else.
