Live casino is great, many options for slots. Apart from that nothing else.

- Pending withdrawals, takes 3 full working days so basically expecting you to cancel and gamble it all away.
- Live support takes way too long, waited 1 hour to try and resolve something and they couldn't even resolve it, also 1 person in queue it took me around 30 min.
- I lost around £50 - £100 in live casino due to getting error messages of something wrong with servers. Placed bets then the bets weren't placed but I still got money deducted from my account and I haven't heard anything from them.

I've seen some really dodgy mobile casinos over the past few years, "Pocket Fruity" springs to mind as well as another brand that allowed you to deposit via seriously expensive text messages and then withheld your winnings until you could prove you had paid your phone bill, which meant a wait of several weeks for a lot of people. Fortunately Smart Mobile is part of the Nektan group who also operate a brand I've previous good experience with, so I was happy enough giving them a try.

You can play the games at this casino using your PC or laptop if you wish but it's definitely intended for tablet and mobile users. The game selection is quite limited at present although there are a large number of different providers present their is only a small selection of top games from each on offer at the moment. A lot of my favourites were missing and I did have the feeling that the casino was shying away from the highest variance games.

You can get started for free as the casino offer a token £5 no deposit bonus as well as a three stage welcome deposit bonus. The no deposit bonus has a predictably insane 100x wagering requirement but I wasn't able to find a great deal of other details regarding the associated terms and conditions on their website - if you try and follow the links regarding the no deposit bonus it just takes you to a page with details about the three stage deposit bonus instead so I wouldn't be surprised if there are some nasty catches such a maximum cash out and the like.

I decided to get in touch with support to query the details of the no deposit but the live chat was not available at that time. I did try to make a withdrawal so I could add the details regarding that side of the casino to this review, but that was four days ago now and my withdrawal is still in a pending state - not very impressive at all.

I have to say my experience at Smart Mobile wasn't very good, and I'm in two minds as to whether I will bother with the latter two stages of their welcome bonus right now. Many of the top tier casinos already have excellent mobile offerings and I'm unsure if Smart Mobile will be able to compete in it's current state.
