The customer service is abominable. On Saturday I tried to recieve the offer of spins for activity on this site. Firstly, I was told to come back TUESDAY due to technical difficulty.
Ok. So I did. However, my screenshot "proof" from Saturday did not save to my phone for whatever reason. Whatever, the action was still taken, right? Wrong!
These peabrains would not take a photo demonstrating the LACK of a "vote for" button as proof that I had already voted. As a result, no spins were awarded, and I have cast a regretful vote for a casino I will never fully experience. Support also refused to connect me to anyone else to try and get a sensible agent. Crappy customer service is a deal breaker for me. So, goodbye SlotWolf.

The casino has been out of the system for 12 hours, and they don't process my withdrawal. In the chat they only answer that they will solve it shortly. They do not offer alternative solutions. I don't think this place is reliable.

I know for sure that the third bonus i used was valid for all of their terms but they tell me it wasnt and cant tell me how or what. What i do know is that maybe i used another bonus on another ip but all other terms where valid.

Anyway, dont register at this casino. Its a scam and the fun thing is that you see the classybeef twitch stream violating the terms every day.
