No issues depositing your money into their casino, the real nightmare begins when you try to withdraw. I’ve uploaded everything possible from drivers license to marriage certificate and still asking for the same documents that are sitting there for their review. Don’t waste time here fighting them to verify your account. They will give you the runaround. The support isn't that good. Although I uploaded my documents for verification 5 months ago, they were first viewed today. The payout is a disaster. It is very difficult, so that at some point you no longer feel like making a payment and prefer to gamble everything away. The reason is simply this: I uploaded a whole bank statement from the last 6 months showing all payments. The casino doesn't bother scrolling to the bottom to look for and find the one specific transfer that is supposedly important for a payout. I have now uploaded the relevant part and the text from the bank statement 3 times and the payout was cancelled each time. There is no response to a chat request, nor to the ticket. The conditions of the casino violate any data protection and the DSGVO. I will delete my account there. They made good money on me.

It was ok at first, until they started cancelling your orders, wasting your time by making you upload id every withdrawal, holding withdraws, delaying withdrawals, the list could go on. Let's just be clear, I deposited to this casino with pre paid flexipin and neosurf. This support and verification staff is merely a few incompetent - Ill-educated type of individuals who feel it's appropriate to waste the time of the paying customers because they most likely hate their lives so they take it out on the rest. Now I'm sure they will respond with some script that's a load of you know what because they don't have the chromosomes to come up with something on their own. Deposited €150 without taking any bonus, was lucky here and there at a few slots and live casino. Made around €3500 and cashed out €3000. Verification was within a few hours done. Cashout was however canceled due to their policy of a max cashout limit of €2500 per day. Which I did, and the cashout was also approved within an hour or so.
From winning to verification and cashout was all done within 24 hours which is perfect! Just got an email that the cashout was processed and on its way.
