Delayed payment of €485

I signed up in silverplay after seeing the casino in Askgamblers, it says on your review had a Fast withdrawals.

All my documents were validated correctly.

On this specific withdrawal (485€) the withdrawal team asked me if I wanted to confirm the withdrawal and they would apply an 8% fee and I accepted. Now it's been 12 days since the withdrawal has still been processed and I have already contacted customer service 4 times and they continue to reply the same things as if they had pre-compiled messages and they always "put it off" endlessly appealing for patience... which with all respects after 12 days I finished.

Please help me solve this problem and speed up the withdrawal of these €485, because now I don't know how to do it anymore.

I signed up here after seeing the casino in Askgamblers, it says on your review ‘Fast withdrawals’ and this is the reason I signed up. This couldn't be farest from the truth. I am waiting 3 days now, I sent in documents and they came back and said the address one was blurry, It works on every other casino, so I sent it again and they said send a utility bill. I explained I don't have any utility bills so they said a bank statement will do. I have sent that and they said its too blurry and not to crop it. It's not cropped. I have now sent it again using a friends better phone.
