No Money Payout waiting for a week

My money won't be paid out!!!

I verified myself, invested around €1000, and actually won €5000, all without any bonus offers! I've been wanting to withdraw my money for 1 week but it's not being paid out!

Apparently, it's being processed but due to understaffing and lots of payout requests, I have to be patient!

This answer has been coming for 1 week!

I just want to get my money paid out!

I hope that something is slowly happening now, it can't be that it takes almost 2 weeks to process it! It's been pending since October 19th, that can't be right!!!! What kind of casino is this that treats its customers like that??? I would like to finally get my money paid out!

Hello Askgambler,
I have been on this site for about 3weeks plus because am a new customer, I made a withdrawal £880 for about 2weeks ago, I was prompt for verification in which I have comply and sent the documents requested, also I have received an email that my documents have been received that if any requirement is needed that I will be contacted, that was the last email I received. Since then I have been waiting patiently to receive my payment but no payment. I have contacted the customer service but his said I should keep an eyes on the email and I ask for how long do I have to keeping an eyes it been weeks already. I am waiting too long for withdraw of 1300 EUR

Hi,

I deposited and played in Silverplay Casino then I won and I withdrew my money 1300€.

I didn't get any confirmation email or any Info and now I wait a long time. I never get any info and Support never helps. I contacted them 5 times but can't help me, and I haven't received any email for verification.

Delayed payment of €485

I signed up in silverplay after seeing the casino in Askgamblers, it says on your review had a Fast withdrawals.

All my documents were validated correctly.

On this specific withdrawal (485€) the withdrawal team asked me if I wanted to confirm the withdrawal and they would apply an 8% fee and I accepted. Now it's been 12 days since the withdrawal has still been processed and I have already contacted customer service 4 times and they continue to reply the same things as if they had pre-compiled messages and they always "put it off" endlessly appealing for patience... which with all respects after 12 days I finished.

Please help me solve this problem and speed up the withdrawal of these €485, because now I don't know how to do it anymore.

Delaying withdrawal of 900 EUR

I signed up here after seeing the casino in Askgamblers, it says on your review ‘Fast withdrawals’ and this is the reason I signed up. This couldn't be farest from the truth. I am waiting 3 days now, I sent in documents and they came back and said the address one was blurry, It works on every other casino, so I sent it again and they said send a utility bill. I explained I don't have any utility bills so they said a bank statement will do. I have sent that and they said its too blurry and not to crop it. It's not cropped. I have now sent it again using a friends better phone.

It takes at least a day to get a reply from support email, live support just keep giving same answer that it has to go through a different department. I'm waiting on withdrawal of 900 euro.
