Payment not attended to
Hello Askgambler,
I have been on this site for about 3weeks plus because am a new customer, I made a withdrawal £880 for about 2weeks ago, I was prompt for verification in which I have comply and sent the documents requested, also I have received an email that my documents have been received that if any requirement is needed that I will be contacted, that was the last email I received. Since then I have been waiting patiently to receive my payment but no payment. I have contacted the customer service but his said I should keep an eyes on the email and I ask for how long do I have to keeping an eyes it been weeks already. Pls I need your assistance at the point. I will attach the conversation below. Thanks
