Avoid this Casino. Totally irrespecful of the customer.

This is the first casino I can remember seeing which uses the "touch" versions of slots exclusively, even whilst playing on a standard laptop, possibly a strange decision as those games have a user interface specifically intended for touchscreen devices but I didn't have any problem accessing all of the buttons and controls in the handful of games I played.

Most of the important slots are available here including the majority of the NetEnt and Microgaming libraries and a selection of smaller providers, no sign of my much loved Play N Go slots here yet though and support weren't able to tell me one way or the other if they would be adding any additional slots anytime soon.

This is another casino which has gone to the trouble of creating a full website with all of the games on display in neat rows but then ditches that site when you actually go to open a game in favor of a fixed size tabbed interface which works quite well on smaller devices but looks plain ridiculous on a super high resolution display such as the monitor on my desktop PC. I can only speculate that the casinos think this is an attractive and modern way to present their games, so it's unfortunate that to me the end result is anything but - it seems archaic to me and reminscent of the days when all websites were designed to fit on an 800x600 screen rather than the modern responsive layouts that are popular today.

There's not much to separate this from the huge catalog of ProgressPlay brands as far as I can tell, all of these sites could really benefit from a redesign but I guess that would be a huge undertaking with so many casinos operating using this same platform. It's worth signing up here to take part in the welcome bonuses but beyond that I think I'll struggle to find any reason to return.

The reason I liked this casino is the Microgaming slots and when I saw they have Cool Wold I was expecting they have almost all Microgaming slots.

Before I opened my account first I wanted to see what they have to offer from the deposits bonuses, they have the average welcome bonus of 100% match, but the wagering came as a shock, because it was X 50 the bonus given. I know that almost every Microgaming casino is offering same terms of the bonuses, but still in that moment I thought it’s a bit too high to wager and the reason was, I was planning to deposit only 20 euros, so for the 20 given as a bonus, to wager 1000 euros is too much I guess.

Their second bonus is another average one of 50% but again with X 50 wagering, I am mean who would take that bonus, I know I won’t, never, I do take smaller bonuses, but seeing the wagering I would never take such a unfriendly bonus and the third bonus again with 100% match but with same wagering X 50, that’s to much for my taste of bonuses.

The next thing I didn't like was that they didn't have my number one slot and that is Immortal Romance game. I really don't understand, some of these new casinos either don't have them at all, or some of them just removed this slot game, I wonder why?? So my thinking is, do they know, that the huge percentage Microgaming players, join some new casino such as this one, to play Immortal Romance slot? So it would be great news if they add that game, well that's my opinion.

I might deposit here in the near future and may take but only first deposit bonus, so will try and see what will I do, will keep you updated if manage to do something. Overall I think this is safe casino where you can spend your money, just as I mention above as for their cashing out time frame, let’s hope they are decent in that field also, good luck!
