I am submitting a complaint regarding Robocat Casino concerning delayed payments and unresponsive customer service.

It has now been 11 days since I submitted all requested verification documents, yet my account still has not been verified. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response from my assigned VIP manager since the initial document request. The silence and lack of transparency have made the withdrawal process unnecessarily long and frustrating.

As a loyal player, I find this treatment unacceptable. I provided all the required documents promptly and in full compliance with the casino’s KYC requirements. There has been no update or explanation for the continued delay in processing my payment.

RoboCat Casino - Casino delaying KYC

I have a balance of 2600€. I tried to withdraw 480€ on Oct 18th. A few days later I was sent an e-mail by casino that my withdrawal was denied and that I need to do the KYC. So I did. Now it's been over 3 weeks of me sending the same documents over and over again.

Finally at one point I was told by the customer service that I had sent them all the files needed and that I had to wait for 5-10 days for the verification. Which was then followed by yet another request for the same information I had already sent several times before. So I, once again, sent the documents they requested.

I asked the customer service for an update yesterday and they told me that the KYC team is (you guessed it) still waiting for the files I had already sent them many times before. It seems pretty clear to me that this would go on forever, so I had to contact a third party in order to solve this. Thank you in advance.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am reaching out for your assistance regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with this bookmaker. My withdrawal request was submitted on October 22nd, yet as of today — 11 days later — it still has not been processed. It is 207 eur.

More than three days ago, I made a withdrawal to the card.

The website states that the sending time is three days. It was the first withdrawal to the card for the value of 490 Euros.

Unfortunately, the website seems very similar, and although I like it, I'm afraid that it will be a scam and the money will never arrive.

I tried to contact the chatbots in the chat, but I keep getting the same sentences, and I'm not talking about the email at all. I hope that it's not a scam, because I like the casino otherwise, but this seems strange to me.

It’s been 14 days since I submitted my withdrawal on Aug.31/2025 and still have not received it. I also submitted 2 more withdrawals on Sept.3/2025 and Sept.4/2025 all three withdrawals are for $750 Canadian. I did a complaint on support on robocat that my withdrawal from 02.07.2025 isnt arriving after nearly 4 weeks the support keeps giving me the same excuses and I didn't abuse any bonus or freespins so just deposited 70 euros to robocat. RoboCat Casino - Withdrawals blocked with no reason

I opened my RoboCat account on January 16, 2025 (see attachment no. 1).

At the beginning of February, although I had already made a few withdrawals, the operator decided to block all withdrawal solutions on my account (see attachment no. 2).

I then contacted the operator's live chat on numerous occasions, each time indicating that my request had been forwarded to the relevant team and that I would receive a detailed response by email (see attachment no. 3 dated March 12, 2025, see attachment no. 4 dated March 26, 2025). Each time, I never receive a reply by email.

On April 8, 2025, I decided to write an email to ask why withdrawals are blocked on my account and why I never receive an answer by email as I was promised after contacting the live chat. I received a reply to this email on April 20 telling me that my account had passed the verification process and was active without telling me why withdrawals were blocked. I replied to this e-mail to ask for an explanation, but never received a reply (see attachment n°5 on the e-mail exchange in question).

At the end of April, after having contacted the live chat for the umpteenth time to find a solution, the agent told me that I had to provide them with a bank statement proving the deposits made on the account (see attachment no. 6). I sent them the requested document on April 27 (see attachment no. 7).

After contacting the live chat to find out whether the document had been validated, I was told that it had and that everything was in order on my account. However, withdrawals are still blocked and it's still impossible for me to make any withdrawals (as shown on attachment no. 2).

I'm making this complaint so that the withdrawals can finally be unblocked on my account and I can get my money back.

I have won 1500€ and that is the only positive thing about this casino. To actually receive your money, you will have to dig deep and threaten them with criminal prosecution.

My experience with RoboCat Casino was extremely frustrating and stressful. I had three withdrawal requests totaling €1,500:

€500 to Bitcoin (submitted on 15.04.2025)

€500 to Revolut (submitted on 16.04.2025)

€500 to Revolut (submitted on 17.04.2025)

Only after more than three weeks of delays, repeated follow-ups, and formal complaints did I finally receive all of my money. Throughout this time, support provided empty reassurances like “your withdrawal will be processed shortly” — without delivering.

Worse, I contacted PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) to verify the casino’s licensing status. They officially confirmed that RoboCat Casino is not licensed or accredited and stated clearly that, as of April 30, 2025, the casino is no longer allowed to operate legally in the Philippines.

PAGCOR further informed me that RoboCat Casino has been referred to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), the Philippine National Police (PNP), and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) for proper action.

I also reached out to the Anjouan Gaming Authority, the body under which RoboCat Casino claims to be licensed. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever, raising further doubts about the effectiveness of their oversight.

Although I eventually received the full amount, no legitimate casino should make a customer fight this hard for what they’re owed.

Be cautious if you're considering playing at RoboCat Casino. My advice: AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

The promotional emails are way too frequent, and it feels overwhelming at times. Also, the lack of crypto payment options is a downside in today’s market.

Selection of games is decent, unfortunately that's the only compliment I can give RoboCat Casino. I ahead had a very negative experience with this casino group.

They have horrific policies and practices that I would heavily advise people avoid at all costs. First of all they will not let you verify your account, even when you specifically ask them to verify it to make any future withdrawals smoother.
They don't/ won't process withdrawals on weekends, and holidays however strictly wait at least 3 business days to process any withdrawal.
I have had my b only withdrawal from them cancelled after a week of waiting for no reason and when questioned on this with a live agent, I was given no reason and instead told to request the withdrawal again. This meant that the ridiculous waiting times for withdrawals started all over again!
The live agents working for this casino also lie and change answers whenever they feel and are constantly contradicting each other.
I would advise anyone to avoid this casino at all costs.
As of now I have completely stopped using them and am still waiting for my first and only withdrawal to be processed after being wrongfully cancelled.
