Selection of games is decent, unfortunately that's the only compliment I can give RoboCat Casino. I ahead had a very negative experience with this casino group.
They have horrific policies and practices that I would heavily advise people avoid at all costs. First of all they will not let you verify your account, even when you specifically ask them to verify it to make any future withdrawals smoother.
They don't/ won't process withdrawals on weekends, and holidays however strictly wait at least 3 business days to process any withdrawal.
I have had my b only withdrawal from them cancelled after a week of waiting for no reason and when questioned on this with a live agent, I was given no reason and instead told to request the withdrawal again. This meant that the ridiculous waiting times for withdrawals started all over again!
The live agents working for this casino also lie and change answers whenever they feel and are constantly contradicting each other.
I would advise anyone to avoid this casino at all costs.
