I have recently opened an account with Raw Casino and to be quite frank the service provided it absolutely unacceptable. They do not have a contact number, they respond to emails within 5 working days. Their live chat services are generally offline.

Also even though you decline the bonuses they are automatically added on to the account so you are tied in to wagering requirements.

I have filed a complaint as a final resolution and as they are keeping my winning as of the moment even though I have previously verified my account.

If within 24 hours I am not reimbursed accordingly I will be taking legal action against the casino, and as before with Bet365 a similar situation has happened they had to reimburse me and compensate after court action.

I do not understand the regulation of some of these casinos, they should be glad customers are making accounts but they decide to take advantage of the matter.

However it's not the case with me, I will fight teeth and blood in order to resolve even if it means we are going court, as mentioned I've been before and reimbursed several thousands.

Please avoid making an account with this casino, save yourself the hassle and the time.
