Last week one of my friends told me I should visit and try Raw casino because I might like them. I visited them and the look of their casino seemed so fresh and raw (I think the name suits great) I just couldn't take my eyes off it, was really cool. The fact they are powered by Microgaming and Thunderkick games was really delighting too, because I knew I would have amazing time with them.
Only after registering I noticed that they're established only in 2014, so they are a new casino and even though I was prepared to play slots, when I saw they have live games, I had to start with them. I made a 30€ deposit and went to Multihand Blackjack. The video was great, dealers nice and communicative, I placed 1€ bets on 2 seats and although the start wasn't very successful and I lost 13€, I kept playing it for an hour and slowly got my balance back and even few euros up.
I had played live bj for about an hour so I decided to move on to Game of Thrones. I placed 0.30€ bets per spin and spent about half an hour there. The name of the casino seemed to be really interesting and also the welcome bonus that they are offering! This is a casino powered by Microgaming and Thunderkick, a provider that is unknown for me but this thing didn’t made me to not play here!
I created my account and I took a look at the promotions that they have, I saw the 100% welcome bonus that they are offering! The bonus was pretty good in my opinion because it was 100% up to 200 euro with a minimum deposit of only 10 euro but with high wagering requirements of 50x the bonus amount! I decided to make a 10 euro deposit and to try my luck, maybe I will manage to win something! With 20 euro to play, I opened Avalon II slot, because is the slot that I played only a couple of times and I didn’t won much money!
I want to say that website is simple but in the meantime, with a good design, a nice skin and very easy to navigate! I was surprised because Avalon II paid me very well, I manage to increase my account balance to 38 euro in about 20 minutes but it wasn’t enough to complete the wagering requirements! I have recently opened an account with Raw Casino and to be quite frank the service provided it absolutely unacceptable. They do not have a contact number, they respond to emails within 5 working days. Their live chat services are generally offline.
Also even though you decline the bonuses they are automatically added on to the account so you are tied in to wagering requirements.
I have filed a complaint as a final resolution and as they are keeping my winning as of the moment even though I have previously verified my account.
If within 24 hours I am not reimbursed accordingly I will be taking legal action against the casino, and as before with Bet365 a similar situation has happened they had to reimburse me and compensate after court action.
I do not understand the regulation of some of these casinos, they should be glad customers are making accounts but they decide to take advantage of the matter.
However it's not the case with me, I will fight teeth and blood in order to resolve even if it means we are going court, as mentioned I've been before and reimbursed several thousands.
Please avoid making an account with this casino, save yourself the hassle and the time.
