I’m posting this to document my experience and to see if anyone has dealt with something similar.
I am based in Ireland and used Rainbet (RBGAMING N.V.), a crypto gambling platform, over a period of time. In total, I have net deposited approximately €20,000 (via crypto purchased through Revolut).
Recently, my account was suddenly suspended without explanation. Since then:
I have been unable to access my account
My remaining balance has not been returned (including due rewards)
Multiple formal emails and notices have been ignored
I have now sent several structured complaints, including formal notice requesting repayment, all of which have gone unanswered.
Key points:
The operator appears to be based offshore (Anjouan)
They do not hold a licence to provide gambling services in Ireland/EU yet allow people to freely play on their platform from these locations with no geo-blocking software (unlike other crypto casinos)
They accepted deposits but are now withholding funds without explanation
Actions I have now taken:

It's worth pointing out I only recently found out they don't hold a valid license to operate in said jurisdictions and their platform has been advertised across several Irish social media channels. I read some news articles that contained this information about them and how Irish tipsters/influencers had been promoting these offshore crypto casinos despite them not holding a license. Thanks.
