I liked the games that they had pretty fun. Even tho it took 12 days or back and forth. I got the money that was owed to me.

The withdraw process and the ability to ban you because you cashed out. I won $800 could have been more but I kept finding my self just getting impatient. Then undoing my withdraw and played some because (it was house money) to not hit a single bonus or Free spins from 1200-800 that's when I knew to stop. Well I sumbmited my Identiy verification form with ID, phone bill my photo and all that stuff. Then credit card forms well 4 days went by didn't hear nothing. So I emailed them what was deal was I missing something and they wrote yeah we don't have your identification form. But the link took me to the form an it was 100% complete. So eh no worries I'll submit it again then 2 days went by they said I sent the card forms in a wrong format so I did it correctly and sent it 12 hours go by and I know yeah I'm gunna not hear a damn thing for another 12 hours. Then she wrote back well if you type out everything I can speed up the process so I was in need of the money so I typed out everything sent it back to her.. Nothing the next day (Friday). Then relaized they don't do nothing on the weekends. Then they finally told me that everything checked out and I got my money.. mind you 12 days later. So I go I'll do 30.00 and she what happens. Then I got a message player account is locked contact sutomer service. So I did then some one said raging bull has the right to ban anyone when they see fit. So I asked what did I do to warrant this ban.
I can't tell you the reason. You will have to contact the person that was in charge and they can tell you reason why you were banned. It wouldn't be so bad if it was just RB but they banned my account at all their sister sites. I don't like bonuses or freespins I'd much prefer to deposit and be able to cash out without having to playthrough $1000 and have a hundred as my balance and need a hundred to hit my playtrough total to not hit a thing. I've been playing at Slots.LV and not a single issue. RB can kick rocks. Banning me for what I think was because I cashed out and they had to pay me.

Only ever able to get the information i needed after tedious repetitive "back n forth" with different people who wouldnt know good customer service if it slapped them in the face. Will happily take your money without question, but will make you suffer if you try withdraw winnings.

I've been waiting for a so called express withdrawal on my first withdrawal and it has nearly been 2 months.They keep on losing my Identification and asking to send it again. They gave me a reference number and escalated my submitted withdrawal 3 times and but still have to jump through hoops..This is the worst casino site ever!!!!

I like the games offered at this casino, I play slots, but sometimes play keno, roulette and few table games.

I dislike the withdrawal process and the stuffing around that comes with it.. stalling patrons who play/follow the stated rules & deposit willingly should not have to go through the difficult drama Raging Bull imposes for extracting their winnings. Depositing is easy, why can’t withdrawing be too.

Company does its best to 'allow' you to break rules in fineprint and then keep your money. All decent bonuses that have playthrough are 'slots and keno' only even after going through playthrough. Play any other casino games from then on and they will keep any winnings. All games are locked before playthrough is over, but then hey presto once playthrough is up, all games are suddenly playable. But if you play any of them, you break the rules and they keep your money. nice trick.

Withdrawals take absolutely forever also, if they will ever happen.

Overall experience has been horrible. After two weeks I finally get a deposit of $240, only to be Informed by my bank the funds were not satisfied by the casino. I am still waiting on this to be rectified! I've called the casino, chat was disconnected three times, and still today no response to the email!
