Nothing they are stalling about paying me 7000 dollars with I need during this pandemic. If not paid out I will never use their casino again and tell everyone I know not to use it.

Everything I hope someone can help me recieve my winnings. The customer service is terrible and thereis no company contact number. Absolute joke. I don’t think I will be using this casino or any other online casino again

I like that this casino has free spins. I also appreciate that there are great games to play and bonuses. Unless you're an "expert," player like me (which I think just means you've actually received winnings) and then you're only allowed to use limited amounts of bonus codes.

Unfortunately, it takes quite a while to receive a withdrawal. From the 7 withdrawals I've had from this casino, on average, it takes 53.28 days. The longest was 74 days, the shortest was 23 days.

Absolutely nothing. They are a huge scam, they will not pay out what is owed. Don't waste your time or money will them. They have horrible customer service.

Everything. They wont give me my payout which followed all there requirements and will not respond to my messages. I keep getting the run around. I started my process 02/12/20 and now as of 04/21/20 I am being ignored. I would not recommend them to anyone they are just a waste of your time and money.

That I won a small amount, besides having a small win there is nothing more I liked about this site, lots of pretty colors with games designed to rip you off.

Well where to start.
I was told my payment would take 14 to 21 days .
They can take my deposit in 30 seconds but 3 weeks to pay winnings.
My withdrawal was rejected twice for the most stupid reason, not until I started getting angry and mad threats did I get some attention and finally an approval.
Read the terms and conditions and don't take their bonus offers, I had to play through 1200 dollars before I could withdraw and the 90 dollars that were my bonus offer to me for making 30 dollar deposit was deducted from my withdraw amount and only once my playthrough surpassed 1200 dollars
I believe that support staff were genuinely stalling me.

They have great games and fab bonuses. If playing at this casino though, make sure you read all of the bonus terms. I would give this casino 10 out of 10 if their weekly withdrawal limit was higher and the payout time was faster. But, they have made their payouts to me within the timeframes stated in their t&c’s with no issues and I have had some great wins. Their customer service and payout times have improved heaps from when I first started playing at this casino.

The weekly withdrawal limit is low and the payout times take a bit too long but, they have always paid me within the timeframe stated in the t&c’s without any issues.

Have good games and good bonuses but not worth what they put you threw to get any withdrawals. States on there website ‘instant bitcoin withdrawals’. I’ve waited 5 weeks now and still nothing.

Worst customer service have been waiting for this so called instant bitcoin withdrawal after being verified and withdrawal been approved I’ve waited 5 weeks then they tell me I need to take a photo holding up the newspaper and after that will take another 5 days for them to verify something that’s already been approved and verified.

It took two months to get my withdrawal approved. After you withdrawal is approved, it takes seven days to put freaking name on a check and put it in the mail!

Then wait another 14 days for no apparent reason. Then wait another 14 days for the wire transfer not to arrive..... don't expect them to get any of your documents or read your email or reply to them. They refuse to give you your chat history. They refuse to give you proof of payment. They don't tell you if they need something from you. UTTER CHAOS

Just the bonuses, decent games .. and easy to deposit.. "of course".. other than that... not so good.. everything to do with the casino is the worse you can ever think of...

Terrible customer service team. They give you automated answers, have no empathy, don't care for anything. They take 7-10 business days IF YOU'RE lucky to even APPROVE the payment.. then wait ANOTHER 10 BUSINESS DAYS to send it out and even more to send it after that. They can well and truely go past the 10 days timeframe and really wait for you to complain about it before they really start doing things. There customer service team get paid to give you automated messages, lie to you, try and keep you happy by ressuring there system, casino, odds, percentages, payments are safe.. and nothing is out of the blue. They have percentage blockers on there bonuses and they can only pay a certain amount to you at a time. Even if you win the jackpot max you can cash out is $2500 at a time anyway. It is, if not one of the worst casinos online, I would not trust it with anything. Slowest service, bad customer service, bad odds, payments are slow if you're lucky to even get one. Regardless if you're a high VIP member.. they simply do not care about you one bit. They have been known to dodge for years and have been blacklisted on alot of casino forum sites.

Nothing they are really slow at paying out winnings, there is nothing positive about this service at the moment. The COO really needs to look at their processes and training of their team members.

I was told that withdrawals are approved 7 working days since the request. However it took them 6 working days to approve my documents, however now they are saying I have to wait another 7 working days to have the withdrawal approved. Then another 7 to 10 working days to send the payment to their payments processor, then, of course, the bank processing the wire transfer. Every person I have spoken to in customer service has told me something different. They are either lying to keep you happy or have no idea what they are talking about. So I won on the 26th of April, they didn't approve the documents till the 7th May, now I have been told I will have to wait till 16th of May for the withdrawal and possibly another 7 to 10 working days for them to send the money to their payment processor, which will take me to 27th to the 29th May. Terrible service and terrible chat and email reply.

I liked the games that they had pretty fun. Even tho it took 12 days or back and forth. I got the money that was owed to me.

The withdraw process and the ability to ban you because you cashed out. I won $800 could have been more but I kept finding my self just getting impatient. Then undoing my withdraw and played some because (it was house money) to not hit a single bonus or Free spins from 1200-800 that's when I knew to stop. Well I sumbmited my Identiy verification form with ID, phone bill my photo and all that stuff. Then credit card forms well 4 days went by didn't hear nothing. So eh no worries I'll submit it again then 2 days went by they said I sent the card forms in a wrong format so I did it correctly and sent it 12 hours go by and I know yeah I'm gunna not hear a damn thing for another 12 hours. Then she wrote back well if you type out everything I can speed up the process so I was in need of the money so I typed out everything sent it back to her.. Nothing the next day (Friday). Then relaized they don't do nothing on the weekends. Then they finally told me that everything checked out and I got my money.. mind you 12 days later. So I go I'll do 30.00 and she what happens. Then I got a message player account is locked contact sutomer service. So I did then some one said raging bull has the right to ban anyone when they see fit. So I asked what did I do to warrant this ban.
I can't tell you the reason. You will have to contact the person that was in charge and they can tell you reason why you were banned. It wouldn't be so bad if it was just RB but they banned my account at all their sister sites. I don't like bonuses or freespins I'd much prefer to deposit and be able to cash out without having to playthrough $1000 and have a hundred as my balance and need a hundred to hit my playtrough total to not hit a thing. I've been playing at Slots.LV and not a single issue. RB can kick rocks. Banning me for what I think was because I cashed out and they had to pay me.

I like the games offered at this casino, I play slots, but sometimes play keno, roulette and few table games.

I dislike the withdrawal process and the stuffing around that comes with it.. stalling patrons who play/follow the stated rules & deposit willingly should not have to go through the difficult drama Raging Bull imposes for extracting their winnings. Depositing is easy, why can’t withdrawing be too.

Company does its best to 'allow' you to break rules in fineprint and then keep your money. All decent bonuses that have playthrough are 'slots and keno' only even after going through playthrough. Play any other casino games from then on and they will keep any winnings. All games are locked before playthrough is over, but then hey presto once playthrough is up, all games are suddenly playable. But if you play any of them, you break the rules and they keep your money. nice trick.

Withdrawals take absolutely forever also, if they will ever happen.

Overall experience has been horrible. After two weeks I finally get a deposit of $240, only to be Informed by my bank the funds were not satisfied by the casino. Ragin Bull Casino is a scam company. I have used the $ 50 bonus, this requires 30x implemented and then had about 225§ plus stand. On demand of my payout, I got the answer: Players from Germany are not allowed to play along. Fact is: German players are not excluded. Excluded are players who make a profit. Interesting: My account has not been blocked. I can continue to make deposits and continue to receive offer mails. Raging Bull only wants to have losers players. If one makes profit that one wants to pay off, they come up with the most ridiculous excuses. Hopefully these criminals will get behind bars.

I have used Raging Bull Aud for over 3 years with no issues until this month. I have to say they are creative about the names on chat live.

Has a new interface at first seems fresh and new, but is cumbersome and has no details about your account or transactions.

This casino has long, painful, frustrating withdrawal process. Inconsistent explanations on why my withdrawals was reversed. One excuse was my phone number was wrong. Good grief! I too am skeptical of raging bull. I recently had a small winning of $400 on the site. Yesterday (28/09/2017) I requested to make a withdrawal of this amount. I found customer support easy to find online and my customer service rep 'manuel' was very helpful. He sent me links which I am able to upload my necessary id's and certification documents to, to continue to process the withdrawal. It seems pretty straight forward as I have had to provide these documents before for other online gaming accounts and have found them to be 100% legitimate. Extremely long payout times..and they use every excuse about the delays, after months of delays I received a check from fed ex. The casinos name was not on the check and I did not receive a e mail telling me that a check was on the way. I looked the check up online and came up with some fishy results. I threw the check away. Absolutely nothing to like about this casino, I played online for a longtime and generally haven't had any real issues besides experiencing delays with verification and withdrawal times with some sites. These guys are the worst I have encountered to date. Initially being attracted by seeing a 500% match bonus with no wagering rules, I did register but before depositing I check on here and saw the reviews. So I decided that I need to cancel my account but could find any information on there site, I had forgot my username so tried to reset password on site (can't reset without username) I understand would due to security which is fine so was directed to live help, I was verified and sent instructions that I could use registered email after explaining numerous that this hadn't work previously was assured it would. Well it didn't message again directed back to live support where had to go over the process again, same result even though we discussed email doesn't work, give same cut and paste instructions with chat cut off immediately after, another 5 chats later been online with Live Chat for over an hour just keep getting the same scripted response. I have been verified each time but no result, I can't imagine how they would be with withdrawals. I ask support how to cancel account as I couldn't find inform information on website with any steps or process, this questions was avoided and directed to website chat suspended.
