I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March
I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.

Nothing they are stalling about paying me 7000 dollars with I need during this pandemic. If not paid out I will never use their casino again and tell everyone I know not to use it.

Everything I hope someone can help me recieve my winnings. The customer service is terrible and thereis no company contact number. Absolute joke. I don’t think I will be using this casino or any other online casino again

I like that this casino has free spins. I also appreciate that there are great games to play and bonuses. Unless you're an "expert," player like me (which I think just means you've actually received winnings) and then you're only allowed to use limited amounts of bonus codes.

Unfortunately, it takes quite a while to receive a withdrawal. From the 7 withdrawals I've had from this casino, on average, it takes 53.28 days. The longest was 74 days, the shortest was 23 days.

Absolutely nothing. They are a huge scam, they will not pay out what is owed. Don't waste your time or money will them. They have horrible customer service.

Everything. They wont give me my payout which followed all there requirements and will not respond to my messages. I keep getting the run around. I started my process 02/12/20 and now as of 04/21/20 I am being ignored. I would not recommend them to anyone they are just a waste of your time and money.

Well where to start.
I was told my payment would take 14 to 21 days .
They can take my deposit in 30 seconds but 3 weeks to pay winnings.
My withdrawal was rejected twice for the most stupid reason, not until I started getting angry and mad threats did I get some attention and finally an approval.
Read the terms and conditions and don't take their bonus offers, I had to play through 1200 dollars before I could withdraw and the 90 dollars that were my bonus offer to me for making 30 dollar deposit was deducted from my withdraw amount and only once my playthrough surpassed 1200 dollars
I believe that support staff were genuinely stalling me.

They have great games and fab bonuses. If playing at this casino though, make sure you read all of the bonus terms. I would give this casino 10 out of 10 if their weekly withdrawal limit was higher and the payout time was faster. But, they have made their payouts to me within the timeframes stated in their t&c’s with no issues and I have had some great wins. Their customer service and payout times have improved heaps from when I first started playing at this casino.

The weekly withdrawal limit is low and the payout times take a bit too long but, they have always paid me within the timeframe stated in the t&c’s without any issues.

Have good games and good bonuses but not worth what they put you threw to get any withdrawals. States on there website ‘instant bitcoin withdrawals’. I’ve waited 5 weeks now and still nothing.

Worst customer service have been waiting for this so called instant bitcoin withdrawal after being verified and withdrawal been approved I’ve waited 5 weeks then they tell me I need to take a photo holding up the newspaper and after that will take another 5 days for them to verify something that’s already been approved and verified.

It took two months to get my withdrawal approved. After you withdrawal is approved, it takes seven days to put freaking name on a check and put it in the mail!

Then whole thing cancelled and money back in the casino while they ask a security question. Then withdraw it again and wait 14 days for approval. Then wait 14 days for payment to be processed. Then wait another 14 days for no apparent reason. Then wait another 14 days for the wire transfer not to arrive..... don't expect them to get any of your documents or read your email or reply to them. They refuse to give you your chat history. They refuse to give you proof of payment. They don't tell you if they need something from you. UTTER CHAOS

Just the bonuses, decent games .. and easy to deposit.. "of course".. other than that... not so good.. everything to do with the casino is the worse you can ever think of...

Terrible customer service team. They give you automated answers, have no empathy, don't care for anything. They take 7-10 business days IF YOU'RE lucky to even APPROVE the payment.. then wait ANOTHER 10 BUSINESS DAYS to send it out and even more to send it after that. They can well and truely go past the 10 days timeframe and really wait for you to complain about it before they really start doing things. There customer service team get paid to give you automated messages, lie to you, try and keep you happy by ressuring there system, casino, odds, percentages, payments are safe.. and nothing is out of the blue. They have percentage blockers on there bonuses and they can only pay a certain amount to you at a time. Even if you win the jackpot max you can cash out is $2500 at a time anyway. It is, if not one of the worst casinos online, I would not trust it with anything. Slowest service, bad customer service, bad odds, payments are slow if you're lucky to even get one. Nothing they are really slow at paying out winnings, there is nothing positive about this service at the moment. The COO really needs to look at their processes and training of their team members.

I was told that withdrawals are approved 7 working days since the request. However it took them 6 working days to approve my documents, however now they are saying I have to wait another 7 working days to have the withdrawal approved. Then another 7 to 10 working days to send the payment to their payments processor, then, of course, the bank processing the wire transfer. Every person I have spoken to in customer service has told me something different. They are either lying to keep you happy or have no idea what they are talking about. So I won on the 26th of April, they didn't approve the documents till the 7th May, now I have been told I will have to wait till 16th of May for the withdrawal and possibly another 7 to 10 working days for them to send the money to their payment processor, which will take me to 27th to the 29th May. Terrible service and terrible chat and email reply.
