I did like the games provided, but NETENT is my favorite. The bonus was partly in NETENT-games so thats good.

The casino has big opportunites to grow bigger if they listen to complaints

I was having major problems with the connection to their server. An error-message was coming at least once in 5 minutes playing.

I had problems with withdrawal-attempts, it simply did not work and the live support was not any help.

As live chat (and our terms and conditions) explained to you, we are not allowed to offer NetEnt games to players from Denmark. I can also see you contacted live chat 30 minutes ago and asked for your 300% deposit bonus, and even though players from Denmark are not eligible for the bonus (as per terms and conditions), Live chat manually credited you real money as replacement for the bonus money that you thought you were going to get. In regards to you having problems withdrawing, I can see you deposited 100 DKK (€10) a couple hours ago, but you never had more than 100DKK real money in your account. Minimum withdrawal allowed is $25, if you do not have that much in your account, you will not be able to make a withdrawal. Although I have looked at your account and I don't see any withdrawal attempts or notes in your account regarding you contacting live chat to let them know you couldn't make a withdrawal. I am looking into this further (to try to find out who you chatted with) - they should have informed you of our $25 minimum withdrawal amount. In the future, please contact [email protected] if your querries are not properly resolved by Live Chat.

With a name like PunchBets Casino, it immediately rings a bell for me, a boxing rell bell. Ting! Round 1. The challenger Afi4wins enters the ring, ready or not, to face up against a daunting home opponent, the champion himself, Punchbet. Either Afi4wins is gonna whip the champion good, like he's just a punchbag, or the champion is gonna whip Afi4wins real good and send him down to the floor flat. Hahaha.

Hmm, so much for an adrenaline push-start there. It all started after browsing through Askgamblers, looking for something new to take up for the day, when I saw PunchBets' offer of 300 free spins, and I was soon in all the way! Well, unfortunately, things didn't go so well right from the start for me. Registering wasn't a problem, validating my email wasn't either, but logging into the casino again was. I don't really know why, but after each log out, I simply couldn't get back in! Login details were all correct, yet the system keep showing 'Username or password is invalid' error message! Tried many times but still getting the same error. So the only way I could get back into the casino was by resetting my password each and every time! What a blardy nuisance! I still have to do it that way now, I still couldn't find what is going wrong, even after clearing all my cookies, temp files and whatnots. Maybe this problem is only localised on my side, I don't know, but my enthusiasm to play at PunchBets Casino has taken a serious setback - I've been knocked out cold on the first round! Then I clicked on Casino-1 section to make sure that the bonus money was not hiding there. It wasn't. There was nothing there at all! End of round and I logged out.

Not having any kind of active support when I needed it most was the first and the last blow to a knock out. It left me short-changed of my $75 Bonus money. When I tried to log in again the next day, I couldn't, even though my user ID and password was correct. A password reset was necessitated. Today, I tried to log in again, the same blardy 'invalid' error message popped up, so yet another password reset was made. If this needs to be done each and every time I want to play at PunchBets Casino, well, no thank you. I'll got other better places to go!

I took the email address associated with your account and cross referenced it to our live chat transcripts, recently created support tickets and emails that had been sent to [email protected], but I couldn't find anything from that email address - were you using a different email address? I will try my best to explain what happened in this reply, but I can't be 100% sure as to what caused a couple of the problems. 1) NOT GETTING YOUR ($75) BONUS MONEY IN CASINO-1 I am going to assume that you were using a mobile device and not a PC (correct me if I am wrong). Because even though GamesOS's casino does allow real money play on mobile devices, it does not allow players to activate any bonus money unless you login via PC (the "Lobby" button in casino-1 is not available on mobile devices. Normally our support staff would tell you to login via computer, activate your bonus and then go back to playing with the bonus money on their mobile device (or just play via pc). If you didn't have access to a PC, then the live chat operator (had you gotten a hold of one) would have temporarily changed your password/logged into your account with a PC and activate the bonus for you (then you would login and the bonus money would be available). I had a support operator change your password and login to your account, and as soon as they did they open casino-1 lobby your account was instantly credited the $75 bonus money and they got a message informing them of it. Now that it has been activated by opening the casino lobby with a PC, you can now play with the bonus money on your Mobile device. 2) NETENT FREE SPINS I don't know if you are aware, but on top of the 300% match bonus, you are also eligible to receive an additional 300 Free Spins (on Starburst - Gonzo's Quest - Guns & Roses). I checked to see why you hadn't got them either, and it's because you still haven't opened up a game in Casino-3 (the NetEnt casino). As per the bonus instructions - "For the Free spins to be added to your account, you must go to Casino-3 (the NetEnt casino) and open any game in “Real Play” mode. You are not required to play the game (it is only to necessary to activate the Free spins), so you can close the game immediately after opening it if you don’t want to play the game". I really didn't know they had Netent, Microgaming slots because in time I played here they were having Playtech, Osgames and few others or maybe they had but the free chip which was offered couldn't be played on above mentioned slots.Really didn't know they are that long in the online market, established in 2011, having some of my favorite game software also another Curacao licence casino, which as I can remember I didn't have nice impression of this guys.

As I can recall I opened my account here maybe last year and the weird thing was they were giving 100$ free chip for every player that opens account and try their games. The selection of the games for playing with that free chip was available for few games only. So yes they have Casino 1 to casino 5 lobbies but never saw they had my favorite sowtware.
