Prism Casino is an online casino with a clean theme and user-friendly interface. Although they were once blacklisted for being part of the slow-paying Virtual Group, they have resolved and paid out the vast majority of complaints lodged against them. They are powered by RTG, one of the largest software platforms in the industry.

No Longer Blacklisted

Prism Casino is part of the Virtual Group of RTG casinos. This group has a long history in the AskGamblers blacklist due to very slow payments to players, with some payments taking over a year to be processed. However, Prism Casino has appeared to put this in their past, and players who have filed complaints are getting paid rapidly. For this reason, they have been removed from our blacklist.

Virtual Games

The slot selection at Prism Casino is undoubtedly one of the largest around. They offer nearly 100 different games for you to choose from, the majority of which are bonus-filled five-reel video slots. Each of these games has a vibrant theme and plenty of unique winning opportunities. Among the most popular are Pay Dirt! slot, Cleopatra's Gold slot, Rain Dance slot, Achilles slot, and Bulls and Bears slot. Prism Casino also offers three-reel slots for players looking for a more traditional gaming experience.

Table game players have a good assortment to enjoy as well. Prism Casino contains several blackjack and roulette games for every kind of player, such as Pontoon and French Roulette in single- and multi-player modes. The other games include sic bo, baccarat, red dog, war, Vegas Three Card Rummy, Caribbean Draw Poker, and pai gow poker, among others.

The video poker variety at Prism Casino is one of the largest in the industry. They offer both single-hand and multi-hand games with a large number of variants in each. Choose traditional varieties like Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker, and Tens or Better, or try something a little different like Double Double Jackpot, Mystery Bonus, and Pick 'em Poker.

Support

If you ever need a question answered or a problem resolved, Prism Casino has a team of support professionals to get you the help you need quickly. For the fastest response time, we recommend using their 24/7 live chat function. You can also call them through a toll-free US number, or send them an email and expect a response within 24 hours.

Security and Fairness

Everyone deserves to know that their details are kept safe. For this reason, Prism Casino outlines their security measures on their website. Their system includes 128-bit SSL encryption, the industry standard for obscuring sensitive data from cyber criminals.

Prism Casino has taken the time to have their games independently audited by TST, a firm that uses rigorous algorithms to test random number generators. As shown by the TST logo on the Prism Casino website, the firm has found that Prism Casino offers a fair game.

Prism Casino - Denied fair winnings and deposit

I redeemed a no deposit bonus. On my end it said that the playthrough was complete and I could withdraw. I went to the casino’s customer service to verify if my playthrough was complete, that my winnings were valid and that I am able to withdraw. They said I just needed to make a $10 deposit in order to verify my account to withdraw. Before doing so, I asked support that if there was anything wrong with my winnings I get my deposit back. They said as long as I don’t play with them yes. I then made my deposit to withdraw my winnings and now it keeps getting rejected. Only now after I make my deposit that customer service sees that my playthrough isn’t complete. I would have never made the deposit unless on two separate occasions I was told that my playthrough was complete and also that I would get a refund if there were any issues. I understand the inaccurate play through is a technical issue and I still need to play more for my winnings to be valid. But now they are also telling me that they won’t give back my refund. I am so angry because I was lied two twice. First for saying my playthrough was complete and I can withdraw after the deposit and second that I will get my refund back if any issues. I have saved all the transcripts from customer service to show that they tell me everything is ok, I just need to make a deposit and will get refunded if any issues, then they told me they found errors and won’t give my refund only AFTER I MADE MY DEPOSIT. If this isn’t a scam that I don’t know what is. I don’t care about the playthrough and don’t care about my winnings. I just want my deposit back. I was told I would get it back if there were issues and now you guys are holding onto it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO

Prism Casino - Delaying payment 800 USD although being verified

I made a deposit using my debit card and did not use a bonus with my deposit. On November 28, 2023, I requested to withdraw my $700 in winnings. My ID was already verified, however, I had to verify my debit card before I could complete the request. I immediately submitted my card information for verification. The verification was processed the same day. My account was fully verified and I requested the withdrawal to be paid to my Bitcoin account.

Due to past experiences with withdrawal requests, I decided I should check in after a few days just to confirm they had all of my required documents. On December 2, 2023, I messaged their chat line and was told by a representative that my debit card wasn't verified, and I needed to email a copy of my debit card, and I would receive a confirmation/case number in a couple of hours after sending the email. Even though my account was showing approved and verified, I submitted my card information via email as requested.

I never received a response with a confirmation number. Therefore, on December 6, 2023, I checked in again with a chat representative. This time I was told to submit all my banking information, in case they couldn’t pay me using Bitcoin. So on December 6th, I submitted all my banking information as requested. Once again, never received any confirmation or response.

Two days later, which is today, I again contacted a chat representative. This time I was asked to confirm my Bitcoin address, which I did. After giving my Bitcoin address, I was told it would be sent to the payments department so they could process my request. I explained to her they already had my Bitcoin information, I sent it with my original withdrawal request. The information was required at the time I requested the withdrawal because that was the method I wanted to receive my payment.

I feel like they keep requesting the same thing from me even though it has been sent to them and my account is fully verified and approved.

Thank you,

Prism Casino - Casino changing Deposit Bonus Terms

On June 24, I deposited using a Match Bonus Code which included free spins. I played the required playthrough amount, above and beyond. I hit a jackpot and only cashed out a percentage of my winnings. I ended up playing the remainder. I immediately contacted customer support to make sure how to submit my withdrawal request and even chatted with them again after submitting it. I had spent some time reading their Terms & Conditions before I even deposited, so I would not be in violation of anything. I was always polite with them and waited patiently for my withdrawal to be approved. Finally, on August 4, it was approved. Now here's the nitty gritty:

I submitted a withdrawal request for $2500, they immediately took out the bonus amount of $82.50, leaving me a total of $2,417.50. Everyone agreed upon this. In August, when my withdrawal was finally approved, they split the amount up $330 (what they actually paid me) and $2170. And now that I'm doing the math, that doesn't make sense. What happened to the $82.50 that was already taken out for the bonus? Hmmm. Well I just thought since that was a larger amount that it would take longer to process. Fast forward a couple more days, I contacted them asking why the amount hadn't gone through and they told me that the bonus code that I used had a cashout limit. Now I cannot find on the deposit confirmation where it had the bonus terms, but I looked up the code that I apparently used and it says no limit cash out. Which is my understanding, that there was no cash out limit, I could withdraw whatever was on that code. I already spoke to customer service regarding that and now they're saying that that $2,100 isn't mine and they took it. Am I wrong?? They also had put money into my casino account, I believe, in hopes that I would play it and then I would forfeit my winnings by using.

Prism casino had persuaded me into going through their no deposit bonus in the past. This was of course before facts and opinions started forming around them with negativity. During my bonus hunting days I came across this $75 Free Chip for a reasonable 30x wagering playthrough. I realized in order to make this free chip happen I had to register my personal details through a link or affiliate website. Otherwise this free chip would become invalid when trying to redeem the relevant code on their cashier page. This happened many times to me before all because I did not "register through something". The maximum cashout was set at $75 or 1x the value of the free chip. I did what any player would do before making a deposit on such a new and unexplored Real Time Gaming casino, take up free chips or no deposit bonus.

While having my run for this bonus and a feeling of excitement I opened up some Real Series Video slots as the rules under the coupon state video slots, scratchcards and Keno were the only games available to contribute to the wagering requirements. Other games were needed to be avoided in order to complete playthrough. Prism casino were also the type of casino that will prevent cashouts from happening before or in the process of a free chip and they will suggest if games that were restricted were played they will void all winnings. A nightmare for every player to encounter should something like that would arise. First game in line for me to play on is Golden Retriever, a 20 Paylines video slot that is almost like taking K9 Capers (Microgaming video slot) for a ride but in a RTG perspective! In Golden Retriever I only hit one free spins feature where 10 Free Spins are given and a prize pool given. For every time I got a winning combination the wins would go towards the prize pool. Wild Golden Retrievers that double my prize help increase my wins towards this prize pool.

Once after the Free spins are done the Golden Retriever digs up a bone that gives a multiplier up to 20x your accumulated win on the prize pool. My wins were $6.80 with a dug up bone multiplier of 5x so $6.80 x 5x = $34. Not too bad for a bet of $1. In the end after playing only on this video slot (I should of changed games) and after an hour in, my balance was poured quickly down the drain (lost my entire balance) where my hands tried to reach in and grab it before it got lost entirely. I tried but could not grab it fast enough. Now as I tried to visit this past experience of a casino it seems that players from my country are not accepted anymore. Well no biggie! I did not like the outcome that came from Prism anyways. Part of it was my fault for staying only in one video slot. I was way into this video slot. I couln't help but keep feeding this golden canine.

Prism Casino is Real Time Gaming powered software. I was quite happy when I found this casino. My boyfriend was just as pleased as I was. They offered lots of no deposit coupons. But that was before I knew more about them. Prism casino belongs to a group of casino’s called the Virtual Casino group. Prism has sister casino’s such as Cool Cat, Club Player, Party City and the list goes on.

You will notice that when you register with them that you will receive promotional emails from their sister casino’s promoting them as well in your email inbox.

Although I have deposited into the sister casino’s before I read on the world wide web about them. I would not recommend depositing into this casino as when you do send through your verification documents. From my personal experience. I was asked for the same documentation over 3 times. But not only with Prism casino. When I opened Prism’s sister casino’s software they too also asked for the same documentation over 3 times – of which I didn’t even send to them.

I did not successfully cash out my winnings. The amount was taken away from my casino balance. This is exactly this kind of thing that really make players fear online gambling. Why, because when you do win. You can’t cashout your winnings because of some kind of “rubbish” the support team feeds you.
I was sent round in circles with the verification documents. This casino was uninstalled off my machine today as well as ALL its sister casinos. My next thing of on my list of things to do is to unsubscribe from all the emails that I receive from this group.

I would proceed with caution. If you, as a player have successfully cashed out from this casino. Well good for you.

I love online gambling. To win in a casino is hard enough. To have the actual casino take away your winnings or you send around in circles to cash out your winnings is really just ugly and mean.

So – you might have won a bit. But the next question is- will you win with the cashout is the next bridge you have to cross? To avoid all of this I’d rather not play there and stress myself out for nothing.

Prism Casino(RTG PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT)
I’m about to write about 10 reviews, maybe more, and there all going to be identical, if I wrote anything different, other than the name of the casino I would be lying. What I am going to be doing is putting out a Public Service Announcement on these RTG “Clone Cons”, the ones that all have their time of the month where they email you free chips, knowing full well, that you can’t use more than two in a row, and that they hope you win big so you have to deposit to get it out, because they know that they will find, re-word, create or say you did but you didn’t violate the terms and conditions.I have hit a twelve thousand dollar slot spin on the slot, where the dolphin is the multiplier, and three yachts gives you free spins, and there’ amultiplier fish during the free spins, and I hit the best possible hand, with the most possible multipliers, and the multiplier fish, multiplying as much as multiplier fish as I like to call him / her could multiply, at one of these RTG clone casinos, and an Ten Thousand plus dollar, fifty two handed Flopped Royal Flush, and got that over eleven grand. Basically if I was in Vegas, or Atlantic City or a LEGITIMATE ONLINE CASINO I would have been paid, granted with tax in Vegas, and Atlantic City.

I was told by a friend of mine, that his ex-boss, ex because he is in federal prison, he took the level of scamming people to the ultimate level, he would set up small mobile offices, get people to deposit money, never deposit it, and move every few weeks to a month, and they renamed themselves. The way they got so much money was by offering such low fees, and high returns, all around positive incentives. RTG comes out with a group of 3-4 casinos every month, and if they say it’s to keep up with demand that’s a load of crap.Their smart, they know people will deposit enough so they can profit, and keep moving, changing names, offering free chips 3x a month or more, ridiculous match offers, because it’s not like there regulated by the SEC, NFA, or CFTC (investment regulatory bodies), no they are in some third world country, not taking enough to make people lose their life savings, but enough to pay 8 people to run support, in a cheap rented out office space, until enough bad press is out, then they rename. To be honest it’s a brilliant scam, and this casino is certainly one of them, I’m surea handfulof people got paid at first, to make a name for themselves, but I’ve read and experienced nothing but bad things about these kind of casinos. My $23,000 I had won at these casinos, somehow was a violation of the rules, and was called play money, so this exact review will be placed on all of those casinos, and I suggest all you do is play, play money that’s it.Since this is a Public Service I’m doing let me clarify some things.

From the RTG T&C:
All Bets are Final: Gaming at our casino is lawful in the jurisdiction in which we are located. Once you visit our casino and place a bet with us, the bet is irrevocable and you cannot undo or "charge back" the transaction. You cannot get your stake money back if you lose your bet.

**If they lie about the slightest thing, or screw you over on $.01, not only is a chargeback necessary but should easily be won, FYI save any conversations such as promises of bonuses, I did this on a casino and won, I’m waiting 1 more month till my limit gets increased on my credit card then I am going to do it on another website that lied to me****

The Player hereby accepts that Casino reserves its right to limit and/or refuse the Player's wagers. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of Casino shall be final and binding.

***This means they have the power and will use it to not ever pay you.****
The Casino game server had been checked by a third party accounting firm and was found to supply fare odds and to comply with the laws and the regulations of Costa Rica.

***All they had to do was pay a crack head $10 to have an “accounting firm” started under his name, you can do this on legalzoom.com for under 100-$250 and make it look on paper 100% legal***

My suggestion if it isn’t in the club world, All Star Slots, Grande Vegas, High Noon, Manhattan Slots, Cherry Red, or in that ranking for RTG sites use it for play money, or the free chip, just remember, at the end of the day, you have probably deposited more than your withdrawing so if they don’t feel like paying you $300, chargeback the $1000 you’ve spent, because not only do you actually win for once, but the more chargebacks a Merchant has the more expensive it is for them to accept credit cards, eventually large sums of money are held by their processing company to cover charge backs, and if its frequent enough they won’t be able to accept credit cards, so instead of saying how crappy this casino is, I’m telling you all a way to shut them down, if they shot you down. For all who think it’s a big process it’s a simple phone call to the credit card company, you tell them all of the charges, you say they used false advertising, deceitful tactics, and didn’t provide the service you paid for.

I tell you right now your credit card company doesn’t give a f**K about a T&C and NEVER EVER sign receipts for your deposits if its asked randomly, meaning any time after a week from the deposit.I know a lot about scams, credit cards, Processor Companies, and boiler rooms, and this is the manual on how to sniff one out and take it down. This review is going on every casino that has been doing this kind of crap to people
