I have found on AskGamblers one interesting casino with 10 pounds no deposit bonus. It was Pocket Casino , on the page I've seen that players from Germany are accepted there, and I decided to claim welcome bonus and to make a deposit. When I have entered the casino, I was met by not very comfortable interface and an ugly live chat window. I've started to speak how I can receive the welcome bonus and I was said that players from Germany are restricted to play here. I've came back on AskGamblers, and what do you think? There was written that players from Germany are ACCEPTED. Then I opened a new chat and asked what is happening and i was said following: "Please note, ask gamblers is a third party site. The site has no responsibility for the advertisements posted on third-party site. " . So, they said that didn't know anything about their partnership with AskGamblers and I can't play their casino. My last opinion is that it is very unorganized campaign, and I won't let them to have access to my funds.

I was told that my withdrawal was rejected as I had 2 accounts (and I didn't understand how could I have 2 accounts while I never made 2 but one). After we went through the matter, I found out that we could only choose whether we'd like to login through mobile or PC coz if we do both even at different time (and with the same id), it's considered as 2 accounts as it's accessed from 2 different IP addresses. A little bit weird for me but however, it's sorted as I was guided by the fabulous customer service staff. Every company has it's own policy and I respect it.

Bonus cannot be cashed out. After meeting the wagering requirement, we can only withdraw the winnings and bonus is back to the house. If only it doesn't work like that (players can keep the bonus as well) I'd have given 10 stars.
