When you request a withdrawal, they don’t bother emailing you to say that you need to send in verification documents, they just leave your withdrawal sitting there in hopes that you’ll reverse it. I sent in my verification documents and it took them over 72 hours to bother verifying them, which is completely ridiculous. But based off of other reviews, I’m obviously not the only one.

I played last Saturday 19th May with total deposits of €1100 and made a withdrawal for €650 at around 01:00/01:30 - I wasn't requested but I forwarded documents to verify my account in and around 09:00 Sunday morning - namely my Passport, Driving License, Three Utility Bills and the Front and Back image of the card I used to deposit.

Also the card was verified by the casino through an online verification code sent from my bank to my phone.

As of this morning my account is still not verified and my deposit is still pending.
I have three other casino accounts and they managed to verify my account in some cases within 30mins with less documents and at the extreme 6 hours so I cannot figure out how this is taking so long - very disappointing.

It is listed on there site they hope to have withdrawals processed within 11 hours but will have all withdrawals processed within 24hrs - This has passed in my case - 31hrs and counting for the withdrawal and around 24hrs for my verification. A bit of a joke really.

Have tried chat online but with no success apart from stock answers which really are no help. So I will wait and see what happens today and take it from there I suppose and I will add a reply once I have a conclusion to this

I have taken out money several times and its been from 11 hours to 24 usually but now it has been over 36h and still no money so that only the first withdrawal takes more then 11 hours but the rest don't. It is not accurate!

Fairly decent live casino. Most of the good BTG slots (didn't see any Novomatics). No wagering on the bonuses, Although T&C's mention that they are hot on bonus abuse though, so they prob will want you to wager any bonus winnings through at least once, which seems fair to me. Fairly easy to upload verification docs.

Overall, I may play here again as there is just enough to like about it. I would like to see some Novos & definitely need to see better automatic casinos games, their computer roulette graphics are soo poor.

Took quite a while to get verified, slightly over 24 hours from initial upload and took slightly over 33 hours to have withdrawal processed. This is not exceptionally bad for the industry, but it isn't gold standard. When in 3 or 4 live chats their response was always 'its with the payment team', I mean what is the point of live chat if you can't actually provide any assistance beyond stock answers.

The customer service for verification of documents is taking too long. I received an email to upload my docs which I did and even got the confirmation email. After a few days, there was no response. I contacted them and said my passport wasn't uploaded despite getting an auto-confirmation. I re-uploaded it and was told it would be passed on to their verification dept. Another few days later, still nothing! I had to contact them again and said it will be forwarded to the relevant dept which I said I thought it's been? I was told yes, but it will be forwarded again to speed it up. Today, still nothing! The free spins email offers I got and my kicker win have already expired and my account is still not verified. Of all the sites, this is the only one that is taking forever. Some can verify within 24-48 hours. This one is gonna reach 2 weeks soon and no action.

The verification process and customer service leaves alot to be desired, they really need to step this up. Customer service is hard to get hold of and aren't very friendly and don't seem to know what there doing. I sent my documents to be certified back in January and I have been messed about with different stories ever since, I'v been on chat numerous times to get this sorted and keep getting different stories, I contacted them yet again yesterday about this and I was told yes I am verified and yet today I get a email saying my documents failed. I took a screen shot of the conversation to prove that I had been told my account was verified but now its not. It's really unprofessional, of course they need to certify players but it's been well over a month and still no avail. I'v asked for my account to be closed numerous times but ojo ask you to give them another chance and offer you a few free spins, that's all well and good but that doesn't fix the underlying problem. I have left a previous review for this site when I first opened my account because to be honest I do actually like most aspects of it. Withdraw is a joke!
I had account with ojo for few months. I have used PayPal and debit card to deposit. After few months and spending fair bit of money I've managed to win some of it back. I have tried to payout to PayPal as in terms and condition says it is fastest was and because I have used PayPal previously I would be in a flash. After few attempts to speaking to crew all answer I had that team is working on it now and I'll get it asap. Eventually next day they processed my payment but not to PayPal but to debit card! Takes forever to get your account verified. The website advertises about quick payments but doesn't provide quick payments. You only need to verify your account once but when that one time takes forever by the "payment" - team it kinda makes you not wanna use the casino again since there's plenty of other casinos with way quicker withdrawals and customer service. First a very slow online casino when you open you need to wait quite sometimes to finish the loading.

Well there are no real bonuses here also when you register and deposit money they don't need id then why I'd for withdrawal. Many big casino sites offer withdrawal no questions asked.
