I have to say I love this site, It was my regular go to site for a period of time. Games are great, payout are good. And wen you win and ask for a withdrawal they are super fast. I have requested withdrawals on a Sunday and it's been in my account by Tuesday afternoon. Overall a very good casino.

I wouldn't call it dislikes but I leveled up pretty quickly to gain VIP status. Once there I received a call from them which was nice but since U have not really received anything for this status despite being told I would. I get offers from them but I would need to considerably increase my deposit amounts to take part. I would like to play at the same level I have. I reached VIP status that way after all. Seems now I am being penalized for being a VIP.

Variation of games is good. Site is ok to navigate and there's a lot to play. I do like the fact there's no wagering and you keep what you win.

Chat takes forever I was on chat for 30 mins for a simple query. Email received to say deposit and for every 1.00 spent you get a free spin and also 1 free spin on wheel. Had to play Hansel and Gretal so played as said no spins and wheel spin given. Spent 30 mins trying to resolve, had to send email which I did. Overall not the best but site is good for variation of games.

As far as withdrawals are concerned and having completed more than one in the past with ecopayz, PAINFULLY SLOW is all I can say. As far as asking the support team is just a waste of time as they say they sending a request to the payments team too speed it up, but on only one occasion have I received my withdrawal shortly after a request was so supposed to have been sent. And falling at the back of the que for cancelling a withdrawal and reading it makes one avoid cancelling any withdrawal.

Below I saw ojo reply to someone saying that they paid out winnings within 11 hours most and the fastest was 4 minutes. And asked how it is slow. It's actually painfully slow. I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 14 hours now, my licence is uploaded already so that's not an excuse to use.

I am a lover of slots, I play on many different sites, and have never had to wait longer than 3 hours for a paypal withdrawal. I accept that maybe I am an exception but I am withdrawing a very small amount(£150) and customer services are clueless as they say it's a different department so they can't give any idea if time frames etc, just that it will be done within 24 hours. Fees on deposits, this should not be charged to the customer. Any business using a payment processor has to pay fees it is a cost of doing business.

Re the no wagering, try taking them up regularly on their kickers especially the ones that trigger spins on the ojo wheel. Win a few times and withdraw and all of a sudden the better kickers stop appearing. You end up with three kickers a day which are all low value or their "tournaments".

Finally video poker deuces wild they have severely hit the payout table. 3000 coins for a royal flush? That is terrible it is 4000 everywhere else on max bet. At 4000 the payout table on deuces still favours the casino this is just a little dishonest.

I loved the idea of this but have gone back to my old online casinos.
