(please read what they did first before deleting my post), as im not braking "askgamblers" rules) I know its a little long I dont understand why did I waste hours on this and possibly 4 more days for withdrawal while OMNI representatives deceive, lie and stone-wall people after cheating them in to making deposits under wrong pretenses? I have been playing at OMNI for a good amount of months now. One day they offer me a promotion and after making a deposit, i didnt get my bonus. I contacted the support team and was told that my account was blocked from getting future bonuses, and that it will be reviewed. Some short time later ( i can provide dates if necessary) i get an email with a VIP offer Just For Me: Hi Yarina It pays to play. Congratulations! You have been specially selected to receive this AMAZING Offer at Omni Casino. Just make a deposit, enter the promo code and claim your bonus NOW! Spin it and Win it! Just to make sure that the issue is resolved i contact the support team member who assured me that im non eligible for this particular offer but rather a better one for today ( %200 on my next deposit....) i took it as the Casino have had reviewed my account and made the right decision to continue to have me as their client. Omni Casino - Delaying payment of legitimate winnings for over 8 weeks
On January 31 I made a deposit $400 and did receive a bonus. I won $2146 after making all the bets that are needed in the terms and conditions for the bonus. My bet is always lower than the maximum bet. I sent all my documents to omni security and they do not answer. I go to live chat and they say documents have been received and waiting for approval that security will get back to me in 24-48 hours. This never happens. I do this many times during the next month and always the same. Then on February 27 they say they never receive documents! This is false because they email me the following on February 16: Hello Carlos, Thank you for sending your ID , copy of your Neteller Account and and also your proof of address. I have sent these to the document team to be reviewed and you will receive an update within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience in this matter. Best Regards, Nikki Customer Service Later on March 1 they send the same email saying they have receive documents and to wait 24-48 hours. They have my documents and are ignoring me clearly. Funnily they did send me another email this morning saying they are processing my transaction but require my ID and front and back of my credit card. I think they have a quite dark humor! I never use a credit card here. Soon after this they sent me $500 instead of the $2149 I had cashed. It has now been nearly 8 weeks and I have lost my patience so wanted to post to show how they treat gamblers at omni. Making a deposit is different. Very easy! One of the best casinos I have played. Bonuses are given regularly: at least 2 promotions in a week. Wager requirements are fairly good. Support is friendly, and mostly responds in a timely manner. Casino operates 25 years (I don't know any older), that means it's stable. Being an experienced gambler - I can resume It's a nice place to play.

Withdrawal time - 3-5 days, I would not call it short. I have played in casinos that withdraw almost instantly. By my opinion casino should have maximum rating if it does cash out within 24 hours after receiving withdrawal request.

This is an excellent casino apart from demo mode. In demo mode, most slots have low starting limit bets: for example. Book of Kings in demo mode is only 10 cents. When you login the minimum bet on this slot is 50 cents.
A strange occurrence: I received a 200 euro cashback bonus with a wagering requirement of 2500, which I completed.
My withdrawal arrived in my bank and then my bank had computer maintenance. When I logged into my bank my payment had disappeared. It was somehow returned to Omni Casino.
I contacted them and had to send ID docs, which were not accepted. I resent other ID docs and they were accepted, They dealt with the situation quickly and now payment is on the way,

I joined Omni casino a long while ago and Playtech I discovered after playing some reel time gaming. I think before I knew about Netent, I was a member of Omni casino. I guess I was doing some no deposit hunting.

I made a few small deposits without a bonus before and never had much success to win big and make a withdrawal. I recently got a free bonus for completing a survey with a x10 wagering. What I liked is that the bonus has x10 wagering and that the max cash out is $500. I managed to complete wagering and withdrew some free money. Only bad thing about their bonuses are bonus money is non-cashable, however I believe this is the case with 90% of Playtech casinos. Also the minimum deposit is 30 euros which I think is a lot.

After the withdrawal I decided to claim a bonus to play a bit more. I remember my account was in Euro but requested a currency change. My account was then moved to Zar. I received a 200% bonus and made deposit of R300 zar. The wagering was set at 25 x D+B which was okay for me. After I claimed the bonus I saw my wagering was very high. I contacted to support and they said because my account is now in zar, the wagering has increased to x35 D+B. Ridiculous and of course I am upset at that moment. I did not even think strategy, I just played any slots and did not even care whether I lost, because of that wagering that was so high.

Support is very responsive, and they reply quick. The only thing is they do not have names, it only says Omni casino has joined the chat. So at a later time you cannot refer back to someone from live support as you did not know who you spoke to. I have to contact live chat on my mobile, as on the desktop website it does not show the Online button on the web pages.

My withdrawal was pending for 72 hours and I had to wait another 4 hours for it to be processed. We are not in the 90's anymore, so E-wallets should take 24 hours max in these days and aged. Omni is a good casino and I will continue to play without bonuses here, however I also wish their withdrawal time frames can be quicker, not this 72 hours pending periods.

Overall Ill rate them a 6.

I normally don't play casinos that has not netent. This one I tried and I was surprised. Verification was fast within 24 hours. Withdrawal took only 5 hours after requesting it! Everything was easy and fast. I'm happy.

No issues with Live Chat, but not very pleasant.

Their withdraw delay tactic on all withdraws are too long, a Player should not have to wait a week for Omnni Casino to clear a withdraw and then the Player still has to wait more days to receive the withdraw onto the method of payment.

They have a wide range of games and their support is very friendly. As a VIP you have a personal and very friendly agent. In my case I want to mention Suzanne, who treated me very well in the last year.

I have had very good and very bad runs there and a lot of fun. There weren´t any problems at any time. I played in different casinos and nowhere I have made such positive experiences. After playing there for a long time I can confirm they are a fair and trustfully casino.

Unfortunately paysafe card deposits are not possible anymore. But that is the only negative thing.
