Problems will occur when you withdraw your money. I've been asked for a selfie with my ID only to be told they can't accept it because the ID is mirrored. Had to correct them and told them selfie will always be mirrored. You need a proper camera picture, which to me seems very extreme.

I would stay away from the casino for this reason, customer services also have no structure.

I do feel like the casino is just making things up and stalling to payout.

The verification process is slow. I submitted documents and it was 48 hours before someone rejected them then asked for more. I understand every time you respond you've then got to wait a further 48 hours! They only requested this information when I wanted to withdraw £18,000. Also quite intrusive asking for selfies with ID and access to your bank account transactions. I know they can ask but the level of deposits was not in excess of 2,000 EUR which can trigger extra checks. Just feels like delaying tactics rather than actual AML/KYC
