NetBet Casino - Refuse to pay 1441 eur

Good afternoon,

At the end of April, I made deposits to Netbet Casino for a total of 470 euros and won 970 euros. Now the balance is 1441 euros. On April 29, withdrawal was ordered. After several days, netbet informed me that it was not possible to process payment via card due to some errors as well as asking for bank details (Swift+IBAN). (This is very strange; I've never had a problem with my Visa, and I'm sure my card is fine; it appears NetBet is having technical difficulties with their processor.)After a short chat where the agent confirmed that in my case, any withdrawal option could be used, I deposited with Skrill eWallet and reordered withdrawal. It was May 2nd already. 

After that, I sent my driver's license, bill, and card photo, and all these documents were approved (you can find confirmation in the chat history attached). After all, my account was temporarily blocked for gambling addiction and "relaying on funds" or "financial unstability". As proof of financial stability, I sent my card statement showing the balance, but the account still does not reopen. 

So in total, my account is temporarily blocked with my initial deposit and winnings. Netbet has two options to send me funds via card or Skrill. 

I humbly ask you to assist in this matter, because netbet doesn't do anything.

In attachments, I provide 2 chat history, as well a letter from 3th May regarding my Skrill e-wallet, withdrawal, and deposit confirmation in Finnish language (sorry for that but I am from Finland).

I received an email requesting the documentation for the verification of my account, since I had already uploaded everything required through the documents area.

As I mentioned before, the range of games is really good, Vegas type slots have been implemented and it's nice.

However, my last review was removed because of 'complaint of not winning as much as I can'. While that was part of the issue, one thing that I pointed out were the multitude of disconnects from the server, that being the fault of the casino, not the fault of the game developers. That still is a problem, regardless of my win expectations.

Nothing is really good about this site. Was able to register my account and deposit no problem, but that’s as positive as this goes. I should have read previous reviews about this awful site before.

You get the bonus but can’t use it for some reason... support is nonexistant, sent three emails never got response. Bj games offer no real way to maximize gambling (doubling down soft cards), especially for rollover bonus (which you can’t use or get support to use it)

Very low programming of games, seems cheap. I’d stay away.

The range of games and promotions is good, and it would be lovely to spend time there.

However, their customer support and financial department are completely low, as low as there can be. Withdrawals vary, sometimes you wait even more than a week for a simple withdrawal that usually takes only 3-4 days to process and pay. The reason? Hell knows since their customer support seems to be a robot rather than a human being and answers with information that you already know instead of coming up with an argument. Sometimes you can withdraw without validation in case of a new credit card, sometimes you can't, which makes me believe they are either unprofessional or they do not follow their own rules. What is worse is that they do not seem to care, when you speak about these problems and keep answering with stuff you already knew, basically ignoring you. I understand casinos have a lot of clients and they tend to not care about the problems of each and one of them, as long as they pay, but I strongly disagree with this type of attitude. My conclusion: if you want to really have a good time, search for other casinos with better services until NetBet fixes their own attitude towards customers, if that would ever happen, of course.

Good range of games if only you could actually withdraw winnings without having to give so much information that your identity could get stolen and your bank account emptied.

In fairness they have a decent selection of games but very slow customer service 🐢. They are extremely quick to take your money but when it comes to withdrawals prepare to jump through hoops. I sent a picture copy of my ID and card I deposited with, only for then to reply saying they needed a selfie of me holding each of them, I spoke to the live chat agent who said a single selfie with both of them together will be fine so I obliged and sent a picture, I then got an email back saying they had one last request and to send a selfie with the card, which I obliged. To get another email from them asking for a selfie with just the ID is a taking the biscuit. Every reply takes 2-3 days, a full week has passed and I'm still waiting. I wish I had read these reviews before depositing.
