NetBet Casino - Refuse to pay 1441 eur

Good afternoon,

At the end of April, I made deposits to Netbet Casino for a total of 470 euros and won 970 euros. Now the balance is 1441 euros. On April 29, withdrawal was ordered. After several days, netbet informed me that it was not possible to process payment via card due to some errors as well as asking for bank details (Swift+IBAN). (This is very strange; I've never had a problem with my Visa, and I'm sure my card is fine; it appears NetBet is having technical difficulties with their processor.)After a short chat where the agent confirmed that in my case, any withdrawal option could be used, I deposited with Skrill eWallet and reordered withdrawal. It was May 2nd already. 

After that, I sent my driver's license, bill, and card photo, and all these documents were approved (you can find confirmation in the chat history attached). After all, my account was temporarily blocked for gambling addiction and "relaying on funds" or "financial unstability". As proof of financial stability, I sent my card statement showing the balance, but the account still does not reopen. 

So in total, my account is temporarily blocked with my initial deposit and winnings. Netbet has two options to send me funds via card or Skrill. 

I humbly ask you to assist in this matter, because netbet doesn't do anything.

In attachments, I provide 2 chat history, as well a letter from 3th May regarding my Skrill e-wallet, withdrawal, and deposit confirmation in Finnish language (sorry for that but I am from Finland).

I received an email requesting the documentation for the verification of my account, since I had already uploaded everything required through the documents area.

Promotions are unclear and no transparancy when a promotion has ended and what the results of draws are.
There are fake accounts on promotions like the Monthly Specials Tournaments. How do I know? A few weeks ago NetEnt slots had an error on NetBet and so no one could play on it for hours on end. Yet there were 5 generic names that still popped up on the leaderboards: Marc Z., Anna J., Tom E., Sarah P. and Paul T. These automated accounts are not mentioned in any promotion and are used by Netbet to let people gamble more. Very intransparant and devious in my opinion.

I literally joined today and I love this site. Choice of games is amazing, the layout is quality and after just £20.00 deposit I won £300 I withdrew £200 and after just 15 mins it had gone from pending to processed! I do not understand that this casino has so many bad reviews. I got 10 free spins from the Sunday promotion. Won 225 euros and cashed out. Without any problems. It took a little longer than other casinos. But within 2 days is still good. The live chat is also very helpful.

Inefficient verificiation - I uploaded my documentss online. They froze my account and sent mail asked me for my documents again. A day later, they asked for my documents again for withdrawal.
Slow withdrawal - Been waiting over 6 days (on FAQ it's mentioned it takes 3 days) and still yet to get my withdrawal. Spoke to customer service and they said they didn't expect so many withdrawal requests.
Not getting sign up bonus - My free bets were voided as the match was cancelled but they refused to return me the free bets.

Really like the range of games on the sportsbook.
Software looks fine, except the part you are getting logged out every 15 mins or so.

God awful site. They offered me a €200 welcome bonus. I have completed step 1 now (place the €400 deposit on some bets to receive the €200 bonus). There were no problems when I placed bets for €100 or more.

Now step 2 is to rollover a total of €3.600 to unlock the bonus. No problem I would say..... However they do everything to make sure I can't meet the rollover requirements on time. I can only bet €20 max on a single bet. So I have to place hundreds of bets to meet these requirements.

Looks like pure scam to me... They offer a nice bonus to new players but make sure you can never meet those requirements.

I'm going to start by saying that I rarely write reviews - for anything - period. But having read a lot of negative reviews, on here and elsewhere, I think it's only fair I write a positive review based on my experience, and perhaps, at least to try and show a better side of NetBet.

I joined Netbet a few days ago and won about £6,500. After playing for a while, I ended up withdrawing £4700. Unknown to me, I had somehow registered on the UK site (I'm from Guernsey), and my account was promptly closed (eek, I was starting panic! I'm not going to get my money!). I received an email the same day stating that I should create an account on the .com site, and, assuming my KYC was OK, my funds would be sent to my original debit card after approx 5 days.

My new account was created on .com, I sent through documents, and they were processed within 24 hours.

Telephone and live chat operators, were, for the most part, exceptionally helpful and courteous. I was told my withdrawal had been processed, and will be with me in 2-5 days. Well, today is the 2nd day, and I have received my winnings!

I know its perhaps not the most in depth review, so please excuse the brevity. Overall, I'm impressed. I was worried having read all the negative reviews, but not now, I'll continue to play.

They have a great selection of games as well. - including my favourites from BTG, and Novomatic.

Saying they can’t transfer funds to Canadian banks right now for some reasons and have to use ecopayz witch coasts the user money and delays the withdrawal procedure. Would advise Canadian players to stay away until they have this problem solved
