Yet there were 5 generic names that still popped up on the leaderboards: Marc Z., Anna J., Tom E., Sarah P. and Paul T. These automated accounts are not mentioned in any promotion and are used by Netbet to let people gamble more. Very intransparant and devious in my opinion.

I do not understand that this casino has so many bad reviews. I got 10 free spins from the Sunday promotion. Won 225 euros and cashed out. Without any problems. It took a little longer than other casinos. But within 2 days is still good. The live chat is also very helpful.

Inefficient verificiation - I uploaded my documentss online. They froze my account and sent mail asked me for my documents again. A day later, they asked for my documents again for withdrawal.
Slow withdrawal - Been waiting over 6 days (on FAQ it's mentioned it takes 3 days) and still yet to get my withdrawal. Spoke to customer service and they said they didn't expect so many withdrawal requests.
Not getting sign up bonus - My free bets were voided as the match was cancelled but they refused to return me the free bets.

Really like the range of games on the sportsbook.
Software looks fine, except the part you are getting logged out every 15 mins or so.

God awful site. They offered me a €200 welcome bonus. I have completed step 1 now (place the €400 deposit on some bets to receive the €200 bonus). There were no problems when I placed bets for €100 or more.

Now step 2 is to rollover a total of €3.600 to unlock the bonus. No problem I would say..... However they do everything to make sure I can't meet the rollover requirements on time. I can only bet €20 max on a single bet. So I have to place hundreds of bets to meet these requirements.

Looks like pure scam to me... They offer a nice bonus to new players but make sure you can never meet those requirements.

I'm going to start by saying that I rarely write reviews - for anything - period. But having read a lot of negative reviews, on here and elsewhere, I think it's only fair I write a positive review based on my experience, and perhaps, at least to try and show a better side of NetBet.

I joined Netbet a few days ago and won about £6,500. After playing for a while, I ended up withdrawing £4700. Unknown to me, I had somehow registered on the UK site (I'm from Guernsey), and my account was promptly closed (eek, I was starting panic! I'm not going to get my money!). I received an email the same day stating that I should create an account on the .com site, and, assuming my KYC was OK, my funds would be sent to my original debit card after approx 5 days.

My new account was created on .com, I sent through documents, and they were processed within 24 hours.

Telephone and live chat operators, were, for the most part, exceptionally helpful and courteous. I was told my withdrawal had been processed, and will be with me in 2-5 days. Well, today is the 2nd day, and I have received my winnings!

I know its perhaps not the most in depth review, so please excuse the brevity. Overall, I'm impressed. I was worried having read all the negative reviews, but not now, I'll continue to play.

As I mentioned before, the range of games is really good, Vegas type slots have been implemented and it's nice.

However, my last review was removed because of 'complaint of not winning as much as I can'. While that was part of the issue, one thing that I pointed out were the multitude of disconnects from the server, that being the fault of the casino, not the fault of the game developers. That still is a problem, regardless of my win expectations.

Nothing is really good about this site. Was able to register my account and deposit no problem, but that’s as positive as this goes. I should have read previous reviews about this awful site before.

You get the bonus but can’t use it for some reason... support is nonexistant, sent three emails never got response. Bj games offer no real way to maximize gambling (doubling down soft cards), especially for rollover bonus (which you can’t use or get support to use it)

The range of games and promotions is good, and it would be lovely to spend time there.

However, their customer support and financial department are completely low, as low as there can be. Withdrawals vary, sometimes you wait even more than a week for a simple withdrawal that usually takes only 3-4 days to process and pay. The reason? Hell knows since their customer support seems to be a robot rather than a human being and answers with information that you already know instead of coming up with an argument. Sometimes you can withdraw without validation in case of a new credit card, sometimes you can't, which makes me believe they are either unprofessional or they do not follow their own rules. What is worse is that they do not seem to care, when you speak about these problems and keep answering with stuff you already knew, basically ignoring you. I understand casinos have a lot of clients and they tend to not care about the problems of each and one of them, as long as they pay, but I strongly disagree with this type of attitude. My conclusion: if you want to really have a good time, search for other casinos with better services until NetBet fixes their own attitude towards customers, if that would ever happen, of course.

In fairness they have a decent selection of games but very slow customer service 🐢. They are extremely quick to take your money but when it comes to withdrawals prepare to jump through hoops. I sent a picture copy of my ID and card I deposited with, only for then to reply saying they needed a selfie of me holding each of them, I spoke to the live chat agent who said a single selfie with both of them together will be fine so I obliged and sent a picture, I then got an email back saying they had one last request and to send a selfie with the card, which I obliged. To get another email from them asking for a selfie with just the ID is a taking the biscuit. Every reply takes 2-3 days, a full week has passed and I'm still waiting.
