This communication created a legitimate expectation that my account had passed all necessary checks.

Ten days ago, I requested a withdrawal via bank transfer, which was accepted very quickly. Unfortunately, it's been 10 days and the money still hasn't arrived. I spent a lot of time chatting and waiting for an email from support, which never arrived. It's not a large amount, but it's still a payment.

I am experiencing serious issues with withdrawals from MyStake Casino.

I requested two withdrawals:
- €800 on March 10, 2026
- €1800 on March 12, 2026

Both withdrawals are marked as “Completed” in my account, and the casino claims that the funds were sent.

However:
- I have not received any money in my bank account
- My bank confirmed that no incoming transfers were received
- The casino is unable to provide MT103 or any SEPA transaction reference

I have contacted support multiple times via live chat and email over the past two weeks. I only receive generic responses such as “under review” or “investigation ongoing”.

Even after escalation, they are unable to provide proof of transfer or a clear explanation of the delay.

At this point, €2600 is missing and cannot be traced.

Error in sports betting result

Hello,

I placed a bet on March 14, 2026, on the Chinese Formula 1 Grand Prix, which took place on March 15, 2026, at 8:00 AM.

The bet, titled "The car to set the fastest lap," was placed on McLaren.

During the Grand Prix, neither of the two McLarens, Piastri's and Norris's, started the race. They didn't even leave the pits.

Both cars were classified as DNS (Did Not Start).

If I understand your rules regarding the fastest lap correctly, it clearly states that if the drivers do not start the race, the bet should be refunded.

At the end of the Grand Prix, I noticed that my bet had been marked as a loss instead of being refunded.

I contacted support via live chat to request the application of your rules. Despite this, the operator did not acknowledge my request.

That's why I'm opening this ticket here to find a solution.

Investigation is taking too long

Hello, I was playing at the MyStake casino and everything was fine. However, when I decided to withdraw my funds in the amount of 1310$ my account was restricted and I lost access to withdrawals.

They asked me to complete document verification, which I successfully did. I also sent a video with my document where I had to state my personal details. Everything was completed correctly.
But now they say that my account is under investigation. This situation has been going on for many months. The support team is not trying to help me sometimes I waited for several hours for a response and received nothing.
Because of this, I decided to write to them by email, but every time I only receive the same template reply saying:
"Your account is under investigation."

The support team either does not respond or simply closes the chat. On one occasion when I finally managed to reach them, they did not provide any useful information.
They do not explain any violations, do not give a reason, and do not provide any timeframe for resolving the issue. Meanwhile, I have already been waiting for about six months.
The dates can be clearly seen in the email screenshots, and they also show that my account has been restricted from withdrawing funds)))) help me ask!

Investigation for 6 months

Mystake doesn't withdraw my funds! The first time i requested a withdrawal, they demanded:
1) ID verification - i have passed it.
2) Video verification - i have passed it.
3) Proof of address verification - i have passed it.

Account frozen after voluntarily reporting a banking glitch

I am filing this complaint against MyStake regarding a frozen balance of $549.

The Incident: on 27th January, I attempted a $120 withdrawal. It was marked "Rejected" in the casino backend, and the funds were returned to my player balance. I continued playing with my balance (which included approximately $39 remaining + the returned $120).

I placed a few bets and then secured a significant win on a slot game ($400), bringing my total balance to $549.

Upon attempting to withdraw these winnings, I checked my MiFinity wallet to copy my details and realized the original $120 had also arrived in the wallet (a double credit). I immediately contacted Live Chat to report this error voluntarily.

The Discrepancy: My account has been frozen since I reported their error. Currently, my Visible Balance is $549. However, my Transaction History shows no activity after the $120 rejection.

The Proof: The existence of the $549 balance proves that legitimate gameplay and a win occurred after the rejection event. If the casino claims the $120 rejection was the end of the timeline, my balance would not be $549. The extra funds are legitimate winnings.

Desired Resolution: MyStake must deduct the $120 error credit from the $549 total and release the remaining $429 legitimate winnings.

I am submitting this formal complaint against MyStake Casino due to an excessively delayed withdrawal request that has been pending for over three weeks, with no concrete progress despite multiple follow-ups.

Their responses have consistently been vague, telling me “not to worry” and that I would “receive updates soon” or that the payment is “being processed.” However, no actual update or payment has been provided, and the withdrawal remains in “pending” status.

As of today (January 8, 2026), more than 23 days have passed, which far exceeds the casino’s stated processing times for bank transfers (typically 3-7 business days according to their terms). This prolonged delay is causing me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I feel that the casino is not handling my legitimate withdrawal request in good faith.

Account investigation going on since October

Hello,

Unfortunately, I created an account here to gamble and did KYC as soon as I made the account, deposited, and played without any problems.

Started winning on slots and live esports betting, made around 40k, and then I went on a losing streak and decided it's time to withdraw profits.

First withdrawal was on 23-October and was successful, second one was on 24-October and was declined, and my account was locked. They just said it's under review for something suspicious.

To be honest, I dont know exactly what suspicious I did, I followed the t&c rules and played fairly.

Note:

I dont think they really need 6 months to do a review. They are doing this on purpose, so with that being said, everyone who gets lucky and wins a larger amount of money will do the same to you. No point in playing here.
