1. Chat support not consistent and reliable. Asked for permanent account closure because I got the feeling almost all spins on each slot gave me nothing. Email confirmation that account had been closed, but still the possibility to reopen it. Red flag! I dont have gamble problems but I want to test if I get a chance to win SOME money. Thats has to be happen immediately, after a small first deposit, not after 100 euro deposits in total. It didnt happen so immediately asked for closing account.

2. The offered range of slots is very small. Play N Go most wellknown as Aztec Idols and Royal Masquerade they have not. Also wellknown slots from Netent not on the website. Six Acrobats from Microgaming not possible to play.

I had a problem with my withdrawal after I won on Roulette. I wasn't able to connect with support through live chat and when I sent an email about it, I did not get a reply. In the end, the withdrawal did get processed, but communication should have been better.

There is nothing to dislike so far as everything is working like it should. Maybe the withdrawal times should be changed to 24 hours. Also it would be great to have a bit lower wagering requirements for free spin winnings.

I joined this casino on the 15th August and deposited 10.00 via Skrill. The payment went though immediately and I was able to play the auto roulette.

When I completed the registration, there was no account activation email sent because apparently that was not needed, I think it was a little bit weird but okay I just went along. I went to my account and check for the avaliable bonuses, guess what? No free spins there, so I contacted live chat regarding this and I must say their support staff was friendly and added the 20 free spins to my account minutes after. Support is 100% top notch and I am glad they are that friendly, it makes you feel very welcomed.

The 100% first deposit bonus is actually great, wagering requirements only 35 times bonus amount, it's not bad in comparison with other bonuses from most casinos, I have seen a few better ones but this is not bad at all plus the minimum deposit required to receive the welcome offer is €10, for those who do not like to spend a lot of money, this is the best offer they can get. Unfortunately I did not manage to clear the wagering but I had a lot of fun playing there.

Mr.Play is a decent casino, friendly support staff, great deposit bonuses, decent amount of games. It's just a pity they still have pending time on your withdrawal and it's up to 48 hours, I am sorry but that's just way to long for me and this is the main reason why I would think twice before making another deposit. It is a great casino if you have patience and sadly enough I do not.

It's a non sticky bonus but you have to tell live chat you want to cancel your bonus. Come on Mrplay, why do I need to tell chat to drop the bonus if I want to do that I should be able to forfeit the bonus myself.

2 days on waiting on a withdrawal is way to long. Every chance is people are going to reverse their winnings, me included. 1 day - fair enough but 2 is a bit long imo

Average games on an average looking site. Glitchy games that stick all the time ( I have great internet connection) No decent live games and you have to wait too long to be verified as well. There are so many better casinos out there and then they add to their issues with a 7 day payout!!! Best avoided. Go to scandinavia or UK for online casinos.

I dislike 2 things about this casino.
1. Pendingperiod of 48 hours. Afer that it takes 2 or 3 days before you receive yor withdraw amount, especially when weekens are involved it means it will take almost 1 week before you receive your money.
2. Bonus system. A number of slots do not count for wagering, much more slots do only count for 10 percent and evenmore slots , the big majority, count for 50 percent.
In fact only abt 5 slots count 100 percent for wagering your bonus but they are not mentioned.
In fact you may easily conclude that wageringterm is not 35 but 70 times your bonusamount.

These 2 things together makes me wondering why AG rates Mr. Play with 9,45 superb.
This is a casino where you better not play with a bonus.
My conclusion is, not a bad casino but there are better ones these days.

Just an awful casino, very bad gameplay, poor customer service, very little to no reward. A game got stuck and I couldn't play any game at all anymore.

Contact customer service who didn't not take it serious. They told me to do this, I try this, it did not work, go back to the chat, had to explain myself again, had to do that, I did not work, again go back to CS, had to explain myself over and over and over again coz nobody had a clue.

An excellent bonus here with not to much hassle to wager it either. I like the gameplay and the games are fresh as well. Slower payout than I am used to but I don't care as long as they pay me exactly what I expected.
