Will not provide withdrawal because verification keeps turning me down

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,


I am submitting this formal complaint regarding Mr.Bet Casino’s refusal to process my withdrawal, despite my account being fully verified and all requested documents having been submitted multiple times.

I requested a withdrawal of $3100 CDN on February 4th 2026. Shortly after, Mr.Bet requested identity and payment verification documents. I complied fully and submitted all documents requested, including but not limited to:

Government‑issued photo IDProof of addressProof of payment / payment method ownership

Some of these documents were accepted, yet they kept asking me for a bank statement showing three (3) $100 deposits made to them also on February 4th , and I was asked to resubmit similar or additional documents again. This process has repeated multiple times, creating a verification loop with no clear resolution. They keep asking for the following:

"To confirm your Interac payment method, you will need the following documents: A bank statement or a screenshot from online banking showing the account holder's name and the deposit to our website (100 CAD on 04.02.2026). "  

Despite my repeated cooperation and multiple contacts with customer support, my withdrawal remains pending, and I have not received a clear or consistent explanation for the continued delay. Customer support responses have been generic and contradictory, and no definitive reason has been provided as to why my withdrawal cannot be completed.

I have provided screen shots of all three (3) deposits in detail. The screenshots provided the following information from TD Canada Trust who I bank with: Date, account from which the money came from, amount $100, Recipient (email address of the recipient), message, confirmation number, sent by, method and status history showing date sent and request deposited. I have never had a deposit show the website of the casino I am playing. This, they are making impossible to prove. 

I believe I have met all verification and withdrawal requirements under the casino’s terms. The continued withholding of my funds appears unreasonable and unjustified.

I respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in mediating this case and helping ensure that my withdrawal is processed without further delay.

I am happy to provide screenshots, emails, chat transcripts, and proof of document submissions upon request.

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal that is currently pending due to an ongoing verification and address update process.

On 04.02.2026, I won a total amount of €5,780 and requested a withdrawal on the same day. At that time, my account was already verified. Shortly afterward, I updated my address because I had moved. Since then, I have been informed by the operator that my withdrawal cannot be processed until my address change has been reviewed and approved internally.

Following the operator’s instructions, I submitted all requested documents, including identification, proof of address, and payment verification. The documents I provided reflect my current address. However, I was informed that as long as my profile address has not yet been updated in their system, documents may be rejected if the address shown on them differs from the address currently stored in my account profile. Since the address change must be processed by the operator internally, I cannot complete this step myself.

Each time documents are submitted, I am informed that review may take up to 48 hours. However, this review period appears to restart repeatedly, which has resulted in a prolonged verification process. I have not yet received confirmation whether all documents are accepted, whether additional documents are required, or when my case is expected to be completed.

I would like to clarify that I have followed all instructions given by the operator, submitted all requested documentation promptly, and remain fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information immediately if needed.

What I am requesting

I respectfully request assistance in resolving this situation by helping clarify the status of my verification and facilitating the completion of my withdrawal, provided that all requirements have been satisfied.

Withdrawal of $4,200 CAD delayed due to excessive and redundant verification demands

Disputed Amount: $4,200.00 CAD (Pending)

I am filing this complaint due to systemic delays and contradictory requirements regarding my account verification and withdrawal at Mr.Bet. I have been attempting to withdraw my funds for over 12 days. Despite being a long-term player who has provided exhaustive documentation, the casino continues to reset the 48-hour review clock with redundant demands. 

1. Contradictory Confirmation of Verification

On January 26, 2026, Manager Tina officially confirmed via email that my phone number was verified and my withdrawal was "successfully processed". On January 31, staff confirmed in live chat that all documents were received and only a "final review" remained. However, on February 2, the casino reverted my status to "Needs Resubmission," claiming my verification was denied. 

2. Redundant Requests for Historical Proof of Payment

The casino is currently withholding my funds by demanding a detailed receipt for a $200 CAD deposit made on May 10, 2022. I have provided the following undeniable proof: 

• A TD Canada Trust Transaction Enquiry proving the transfer with Reference Number CAWzxKfp.

• An email from Gigadat Solutions (the payment processor) confirming Reference Number CAWzxKfp was successfully applied to Mr.Bet on May 10, 2022.

• An automated email from Mr.Bet itself, dated May 10, 2022, confirming the transaction was successful (ID: 31250914).

It is highly irregular to demand proof for a transaction the casino already acknowledged and processed four years ago. 

3. Technical Failures

The casino’s automated phone verification system failed repeatedly, which Manager Benjamin acknowledged as a system failure on their end. Furthermore, the internal document upload portal is currently non-functional, failing to respond when the "Submit" button is pressed. 

Desired Resolution:

I request that Mr.Bet immediately approve my total pending withdrawal of $4,200.00 CAD (comprising requests for $4,130, $40, and $30). I have exceeded all reasonable verification standards and provided documentation for transactions the casino confirmed years ago.

Oh boy the verification procedure... Let me tell you all about it.
I was recommended the casino from a trustworthy source which I will not disclose.
1) I deposited, got bonus, wagered, won 510 euros and requested the withdrawal.
2) Before that I contacted support to ask if I can send them documents up from so this would not take too long, they said the email will be sent to me and documents will be asked there so I waited and after 2 days an email of list of the documents arrive.
3) I sent the documents and in the meant time confirmed with the online chat if they are up to their "standard". My selfies holding the ID and the card was not, because to zoom in was too difficult for them or perhaps the technology is not available to them yet. Anyway being an understanding person I took selfies again and sent if few more times. The online chat approved they are indeed an acceptable quality. IMPORTANT fact I also uploaded my address verification documents and my Neteller screenshoot with info, which was as the chat said up to the standard and no issues with it.
4) After two more days I gets that the bill for the utilities is not good and that neteller screenshot is not good.
4.1) The utility bill I sent was PDF file of a internet service provider. However for the Mr.Bet this was not acceptable since the utility as they understand has to be for "Gas/Electricity/Water" as if in 2018 the internet is somehow not a utility... okay what ever I sent them the joint bill of which I pay for all the service I get in my apartment (water/heat). I encourage Mr.Bet to be more like 2018 and not like 2010.
5) After I repeatedly sent address and bill they said I have to wait 1 - 3 BANKING days, which is absurd how they abuse the rules. I am still waiting, but from the overall I see that additional selfies may be required...

Also I would like to ask MR.BET how is that is that the payment process is up to 3 days ? How is this so long and why ?

Support team willing to help although not all are completely competent!

I have had very bad experience at mr.bet casino starting when I requested withdraw! I definitely do not recommend this casino to players which are used to act fast! In my case my verification lasted 3 days with breaks in between and on the end there was still missing documents! Had to send 4 times selfie with ID among other! After that my withdraw was on pending status for 2 days and no one contacted me and after all I just gave up when they demanded new type of documents!

About slots, you can find many different providers but no BTG or neither blueprint gaming! Slots were very volatile against me! My episode started very unlucky, continues with one and only big hit( approximately 1400x) and finished extremely volatile! After big win I couldn’t hit 50x in bonus games( free spins or whatever you want)! No matter what kind of provider or slot I’ve been playing!

Avoid this casino room if you can’t wait 1 week( or maybe more) for money to be transferred on your bank account!

Good slots with a lot of different providers. Having Merkur (edict) slots is a big plus.

Withdraws. Have been waiting for more than 3 days for payout. Not even in the 1990's three days could be consider as a fast transaction. With multiple casinos today doing payouts in the matter of just hours (some even in 15 min), it is not acceptable having to wait that long for a withdraw. They keep saying on support it is 1-3 banking days for payouts to Skrill, all though the payment option page says "1 workingday" (1 arbetsdag = 1 workingday).

On the front page it says "fast withdrawals" It's now been 18h ago I made my cash out and I haven't heard a single word from the casino.

It feels like back in 2012 when pending time was 24-72h at almost every casino. It's 2018 now. Really long time ago I waited so long for a withdrawal to be approved.
I wouldn't be mad over this if they didn't have this "fast cash outs" banner on the front page.

The only thing I dislike is not being able to to deposit more money after making a withdrawal. Other casinos remove withdrawals into a pending processing until they are processed, that way you can continue to deposit and play. It is so annoying when you withdraw money but you need to wait up to 24 hours before you can deposit and play again. If you fix this problem I would rate Mr bet as one of the best.

As mentioned by someone else - when we are making deposits there were no questions asked however when we make large cash withdrawals we have an issue and this whole process appears. If it is there to protect the customer and ensuring that the customer is the one withdrawing then fair enough but this needs to be communicated and why not make it clear at the start.

Doesn't matter big or small when just do the verification at the start and give a warning that if its not completed withdrawals will be delayed. The number of details required in the photo is actually a bit over board. First 6 digits last 4? plus expiry? That means it leaves 4 digits for people to play with and they would have cracked the code
