I registered here and hope to help the community a bit. I wanted to write a review about monacoaces. My experience with them is one of the best i seen around casinos. In terms of fair play, monacoaces doesn't want to steal you and that's the important thing when you play. I like the software a lot, big full screen if you want for best experience.

The truth is i would like more table games to be added, like carribean stud poker, red dog. I guess it will happen sooner or later. I only played there BJ and the poker games but the company is fair 100% with the player. No crazy dealer streaks, the dealer busts too like in real life (yes i mention that bc in many casinos the dealer magically manages to win you drawing a card from 16 etc at 70% of the times while the player busts 80% of the times with such a move. Not to mention i didn't see the classic move of busting on 12 most of the times bc u always draw a ten) I hope this remains bc i closed many accounts to companies that declare their fairness of their system but to my eyes (and money) didn't look so fair. I may be not the best to overall judge all casino games but for my play they r fair.

One complain though which i think is very important and must be taken care of is that the software sometimes freezes during the draw of cards. It has happened to me in all games i played and refreshing the page after sometime i waited only took me to a new game and not the one that wasn't completed. There was no session to restore. It didn't happen often and fortunately i wasn't placing big bets so i didn't contact the support team to know their response on that.

I am a big fan of monacoaces, its my number one choice when i want to play some hands bc i seen that their r fair and that's what it matters to me. I have already withdraw successfully twice from them with no problems at all, and i am waiting my 3d withdrawal to be processed.

I'm playing Thunderstuck 2 since 2011 January at Jackpotcity casino back then.
The payouts was very good and the April 2012 with 10€ I won 4000€ at Fortune Room casino.

But the last year I have played over 50 microgaming casinos and the game payout was too low a big zero maybe the microgaming have locked the game.

thanks a lot for your message and sorry to hear that you have not been happy. Strange you say this about Thunderstruck 2 as most of our customers are really happy with this game and it´s pay outs. The pay outs are nothing that we control, they are the same RTP´s as on all Microgaming Casinos, this is nothing we as Monaco Aces can have influence in.

Looking on your Monaco Aces account, I would definitely say that by the amount of money you have deposited, I don´t understand how you can say this as you won´t have had a chance to have played a lot at all.
So not really sure why you are positing something like this in here really but everybody must have his own opinion.

As we’re speaking of a Viaden Games powered company, they don’t offer downloadable access for their products but MonacoAces Casino has a really great web site. We can easily find all the necessary and important information there, it is user friendly and not too hard to navigate. Fortunately, so far I haven’t experienced any technical problems during my play time which sometimes is my biggest concern against the instant mode. They make available all the widespread paying methods with good limits so we can deposit or withdraw to/from our player balance. They are really strong at giving out players very good bonuses. They have lot of it from VIP bonus to Loyalty bonus, from Manager bonus to refer-a-friend bonus. Though they have not the widest range of playable games but I became an admirer of Viaden Games’ high quality graphics. The triple paying 15 free spins (it can be retriggered) and gamble feature are also pluses for me. I like their roulette games but they have just 3 of them. They’re well designed and much fun to play with. One thing I miss here a little is what Viaden Games are famous about, their solutions for mobile devices. We know their good work for iPhone, Android and other platforms and it would be nice to use them here.

I’m pleasantly surprised with MonacoAces. Very good casino products with lot of promotions at very high standard. The poor Sports betting options spoils the image in my eyes.
