I decided to give Megascratch a go when they appeared just recently promising 20 no deposit spins. I must have misread the promotional material as I didn't realize until after I signed up that it was just another 20 Starburst spins at 0.10, but alas even after I spotted this after signup I decided to carry on anyway despite the fact the casino didn't have a great deal of providers on offer and I'm not all that fussed about scratchcards either which you would assume make up a large proportion of the titles on offer from the casinos name, but that doesn't actually seem to be the case as far as I can tell.

It came as no surprise to me that 18 of my 20 free spins paid nothing at all because I'm used to rubbish returns from Starburst. I wanted to clear off my 0.90 balance before I considered making a deposit so went back to the main screen looking for Dead or Alive - I couldn't find anything other than four random games at the top of the screen despite checking a number of the pages, I realized I could scroll along the games using two arrows at either side of those on offer but it was a very inconvenient way of choosing a game. Eventually I found a list at the bottom of the page which I assumed to be all of the games on offer and was completely shocked - only ten or so NetEnt slots, a handful of Amaya titles and a few Neogames slots that I'd never heard of before.

I was reconsidering even bothering to deposit at this point but it turns out those listed at the bottom of the page are not a complete index like you would find in the footer at Stan James for example, so I'm not sure why they chose to give this limited choice of games here - it does nothing but confuse! I asked support what was going on here and was told that these were the most popular games on the site which is fair enough I suppose but I can't imagine I am the only player who will be put off by the apparent limited game selection on offer.

I wondered if I would be able to take the 100% match bonus at this point because after signing up I was offered it alongside the 20 no deposit spins which seemed to suggest you could only have one or the other, but that wasn't actually the case. I can't help but wonder if the signup was arranged this way deliberately to make some players choose the deposit bonus over the no deposit spins? Alas, I was able to get the 100% match bonus via support but lost it very quickly playing NetEnt slots so haven't managed a withdrawal from this casino as yet but support assure me that e-wallet withdrawals are processed in well under 24 hours.

Overall this isn't a bad start for a new on-line casino, but the game selection desperately needs to be improved if they want to compete and the design of their website is questionable and in need of more than a few tweaks as well. Not terrible, but not great either!

First, let me take the time to thank you for giving us a try. I am sorry that you did not have the best possible experience that we strive to give every player who visits us. I would like to respond to a few points that you made in order to provide clarification to you and others who may read this. I am sorry for the confusion about the welcome bonus. And I agree that the home page needs some tweaking. We are in the middle of working on the design right now. It will be updated soon, and will include a much better organization of the games and their images.
As for the list of games at the bottom, the games on that list are all game description that we have written. We do not want bots, or generic text descriptions of the games, but meaningful content. Unfortunately generating that type of content for games takes time. We are getting them up as fast as we can, but with over 200 games, it is a work in progress.
In any case, your feedback helps us to continue to make the effort to provide you with the best experience possible. For that I thank you. If there is anything that I can do to make your experience better, or if you would like to provide any more feedback, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Megascratch does not accept players from Malta as shown in AskGamblers. I also received a promotion emails from then after failed registration.

I am very sorry for the confusion that was created by the contradiction between what you saw on AskGamblers and what is the actual case. That is something that I should have seen and addressed when the review went live. Not sure how I missed it, but I am currently working with AskGamblers to make sure that it does not happen to anyone else. I am glad to hear that you found the registration process, bonuses and layout positive. Unfortunatly I made a deposit at this casino because of the variety of games they offered, good welcome bonus and option for Live support, that was a mistake.

After only a couple of minutes playing, my game crashed. this can happen so I went on chat to get it fixed, since I could not continue playing. I have spoken to 3 support employees, all 3 of them gave me completly different answers but where unable to fix the issue. After sending 3 emails (with screenshots and so on) to 3 emailadresses, I finally got a reply that they are working on it, but after 1 day I still cannot play.

I would recommend not to play at this casino until they have their technical problems worked out.

O*** in the chat support have no control what so ever for customers request and he do not answer your question .

Another thing is if you don't have account in this casino the chat support wont work, so you must create account to access the chat support witch is very bad .
