I am submitting this complaint regarding a prolonged account verification which is preventing me from withdrawing approximately €2,000 from my Magius Casino account.

I have been a VIP member of Magius for several months and have previously made numerous deposits and successful withdrawals without any issue.

On 17 July 2026, Magius requested verification documents from me. I provided all the requested documents on the same date. Magius subsequently confirmed by email that my documents had been received.

Customer support informed me that the verification process would take a maximum of 10 days.
However, as of today, 22 August 2026, my documents are still showing as under verification.

My account balance of approximately €2,000 remains visible, but I am unable to request any withdrawal because my account verification has not been completed.

I have contacted Magius customer support and the VIP team repeatedly. I have asked several times for:

- the exact reason for the delay;
- confirmation of whether any additional document or information is required from me;
- a specific timeframe for completion of the verification.

Unfortunately, I have only received general responses such as “your case is being processed”, “our specialists are working on it” and requests to “please be patient”. I have not been given any specific reason for the delay, nor any concrete date for completion.

I have fully cooperated with the verification process and, to my knowledge, have provided everything requested. No additional documents have been requested from me.

I have also previously completed successful withdrawals from Magius, which makes the current prolonged verification particularly concerning.

I am not requesting any bonus or compensation. I simply want my account verification to be completed so that I can access the withdrawal function and withdraw my available funds.

I have retained evidence of :
- the submission of my verification documents on 17 July 2026;
- Magius' confirmation that the documents were received;
- the 10-day processing timeframe communicated by customer support;
- my subsequent communications with Magius and the VIP team;
- my current account balance;
- the fact that withdrawals are currently unavailable.

I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with Magius, but despite the significant delay, I have not received a concrete explanation or resolution.

Again this week, at my request to determine the reason for this delay, Magius replied that nothing was blocking, and invited me once again to wait.

I therefore respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this dispute and obtaining:
1. Completion of my account verification;
2. Restoration of the withdrawal function;
3. Access to my approximately €2,000 available balance.

I am willing to provide all relevant evidence requested.

It has been five working days since I requested the payout, yet it is still under review. This isn't the first time they’ve pulled this stunt; I didn't receive the previous one either, even after waiting two weeks. I don't want to wait any longer—they just send canned responses without giving a substantive answer, and they aren't actually doing anything; they're just waiting for me to cancel the withdrawal request.Even the promised three working days—as stated by their operator—have passed.

I’m having an issue with Magius regarding 3 withdrawals (2000PLN each) that still havent been paid.

The requests were made over a week ago and nothing has happened yet. What’s even more frustrating is that support has been giving me little to no useful information whenever I try to ask about it. Only automated answers such as "Your withdrawal is highest priority", "Withdrawals take 3 days", etc, etc.

From the casino's terms and what live support has told me, withdrawals are supposed to be completed within 3 business days, so this delay makes no sense to me. I feel like making a public complaint is maybe going to help me get my money soon.

I’d really like the casino to either explain what is causing the holdup, or hopefully complete the withdrawal soon.

On May 8, 2026 I have won a jackpot in at Magius Casino. After it, I have continued playing, leverageing huge amounts (millions HUF...my initial deposit was 85.000 HUF). I have been playing since that day, too (until now...because my trust is starting to decrease).
I have initiated 3 withdrawals. On of these was canceled due to (technical errors on the side of payment provider). I have initiated it again. This and the other two withdrawals are "under check) (includin the first one, which was initiated on 9th MAy, 9 days ago).
I ha written several chat messages and emails but got only clichés from them. They even promised (via chat) to send my request for making the process quicker to the financial department. They have never written any concrete cause for the delay.
Finally, the wrote in an email that there is an "unexpected delay due to a higher-than-normal volume of transactions".
The procesing time according to the T&C is 3 business days.
In the past, they fulfiled my withdrawal requests in 2 days or less (attached).

I thought it was a reliable and good casino.
Trust is very important in the case of money and I have never experienced such a poor processing mechanism and attitude from any online casinos. In the case of more delay, I will be initiate legal steps.
But is is not my intention, I really would like to continue playing at Magius since they have very good games and favourable bonuses.
I really hope the they can solve the problem immediately.

I am filing a complaint against Magius Casino regarding delayed withdrawals and lack of transparency.

I deposited $30 and won a total of approximately $2400 without using any bonuses. I followed all withdrawal rules and limits. I submitted withdrawal requests in accordance with their maximum withdrawal limits (two withdrawals of $750).

My first withdrawal request was made on March 25, and since then my payments have been delayed without a clear explanation or timeline.

I contacted live support to ask about both my withdrawal status and their licensing authority. Support refused to provide licensing information and redirected me to email instead, without answering the question. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the operation.

I have complied with all requirements, and my account does not show any pending verification issues.

I am requesting:
1. Immediate processing of my pending withdrawals
2. Clear confirmation of when I will receive my funds

I have attached screenshots as evidence of my withdrawal requests and communication with support.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request made 11 days ago at Magius Casino. While the casino's stated policy for withdrawals is 3 business days, my request has remained in "processing" for over a week beyond that window.

I have been a loyal player at this casino for over two years and have successfully completed two previous withdrawals without issue. My account is fully verified, and I have not used any active bonuses that would complicate this transaction.

I have contacted customer service daily for the last 7 days. Each time, I am told the payment is "processing" and that my funds are safe, but the staff refuses to provide a specific timeline or an explanation for the delay. At this stage, the casino is failing to fulfill its own terms and conditions regarding payment windows. I am requesting that Magius Casino finalize the processing of my funds immediately.

On 05 October 2025, I won the Red Tiger jackpot on the game Treasure Mine at Magius Casino. First, I withdrew HUF 320,000 to my Revolut account, which I had always used for both deposits and withdrawals. I have previously made several withdrawals from Magius to this same account. This first payout was successfully completed.

After this successful withdrawal, I attempted to cash out 3 × HUF 320,000, which is the maximum amount I can withdraw per transaction at my VIP level. The withdrawal requests were submitted on 23, 24, and 25 October 2025. Shortly afterwards, I received a KYC review request, and all withdrawals were blocked. I submitted every required document.

According to the platform, they are still reviewing a bank card I used for a deposit in August 2025. This card was a Revolut virtual card, which I permanently closed in August for security reasons. This card has nothing to do with my current winnings, yet no payout has been processed since then. They requested a bank statement proving the deposits made with that card, which I submitted on 27 November 2025.

Since then, I have not received any response, and no withdrawals have been processed. I would like to request assistance in completing the first pending payout, as I have been waiting for more than one month to receive the HUF 960,000, despite following all procedures correctly.
