6000 PLN payment delayed
Hello AskGamblers team,
I’m having an issue with Magius regarding 3 withdrawals (2000PLN each) that still havent been paid.
The requests were made over a week ago and nothing has happened yet. What’s even more frustrating is that support has been giving me little to no useful information whenever I try to ask about it. Only automated answers such as "Your withdrawal is highest priority", "Withdrawals take 3 days", etc, etc.
From the casino's terms and what live support has told me, withdrawals are supposed to be completed within 3 business days, so this delay makes no sense to me. I feel like making a public complaint is maybe going to help me get my money soon.
I’d really like the casino to either explain what is causing the holdup, or hopefully complete the withdrawal soon.
