Delayed payment
I submitted my 5th withdrawal on June 2, 2026.
Subsequent to that, I had received 4 withdrawals, which I requested to the maximum as I was at a VIP Level 4.
After the 4th receipt of the requested withdrawal, my account was degraded to a starter level, and now my last payout has not been sent. I waited the 3 business days and started contacting Live Chat, and kept getting the same answer every time. (Thank you for your patience. Your withdrawal is being processed and will be sent very soon. We will get a supervisor to contact you, so sorry for the delay, our team is working on it.....) And I still have no money.
I actually spoke to a VIP agent who contacted me about Magius, and I shared that I had this same problem previously, and he assured me it would never happen again. But here we are. Same issue, same answers, no money.
