I am waiting a month for my withdrawal. Another is waiting for approval from 2 weeks. Support repeats that they are checking what happened but without any result.
Wagering requirements dont reset automatically and You must ask for it via chat and after that it is often not done instantly

I did withdraw some money over two months ago what was approved next day, but still haven't received money to my bank account. I've send many emails but they just keep telling me to wait. I don't believe at all they gonna never pay winnings.

Their withdrawal policy. Monthly limit is low. I reached it, and then there's obviously no reason to keep playing.
Withdrawal was easily approved, but are paid out in small installments, every two weeks. Which means that it take months to be done, even though it did not exceed the monthly limit - that clearly makes no sense.
Somehow I'm glad, I did not won a even larger amount - and that's a strange feeling..
