I guess I think this site is at best, average? I'm not quite sure but Im still left puzzled with how I think about the site in general. There's nothing about it that sticks out which is a shame because I see potential in the casino site. I also love the fact that there are quite a handful of games that you can try out, and yet, there aren't really ones that I would go back to over and over again like other sites. But I will give credit where it is due and say that the site is perfectly fine for beginner casino players which is great because some sites can overwhelm a newcomer. Sadly, I am not a beginner and have tried multiple sites before this, and I'm left wanting a bit more. Good site, but nothing more.

It seems to me that customer support people sometimes are sleeping, tried to contact them, but they went off the radar. Anyways it seems that it happened only few times so not a real problem.

People need to take notice of the effort that the people in charge have made here because it has a solid game selection and the site is well-designed and easy to navigate. Of course, that is necessary with any casino site so they have a good foundation set. Hopefully, they can keep this up because there is nowhere to go but up. While there are some gaps with the site, it’s nice to see some constant improvements with Loistokasino.

As we’ve already mentioned on the pros side, there are some improvements that should be made. First of all, they need more games that are more appealing to the casual audience. Of course, the dedicated players will be okay with the fewer games. However, for the growth of this casino, they need more games and that should be a priority. In terms of the site itself, there are some buggy aspects and it can slow down sometimes which should be fixable rather quickly. Hopefully, they maintain their track record of quick fixes so people’s ratings can go up sometime soon.

Why no language options? I love the new Scandinavian sites for the level of professionalism you get but a simple plugin would revolutionize their site. I had to translate page but the games look good.
