Decided to try these guys out as I saw them in the AG Awards. Pretty standard offering, good software that I play so was hoping a new venue might bring me some luck. Some attractive welcome bonuses got me interested so I decided to give them a try even though I generally play Bitstarz.
My gripe with these guys is customer support. On my second deposit, I had didn't realise the min for BCH is about double $25AUD so I wasn't entitled to the bonus which was 50% + 50 spins.
I should have checked the fine print but when I did my second deposit I hit up support immediately after my deposit to see if they could manually add the bonus or at least help out with something. They were very slow to respond and when they did just sent canned responses saying read the T&Cs, there's nothing we can do which I find hard to believe.
I followed up with the email to whoever is running the show over there and basically got the same response (read T&Cs blah blah blah)
It really annoys me when a casino doesn't comprehend the bonus is designed to get you playing more and then do future deposits. Instead, it just pissed me off and made me want to share the bad support on here.
