Their Welcome bonuses for the first 3 deposits are good, not the absolute craziest but acceptable and enough to fill one's needs.
After the welcome bonuses, they offer a nice package of bonuses to use with a code on a deposit, which is a weekend exclusive, weekly exclusive and one to be used during any point in the week if the weekly exclusive was used before. These are match bonuses plus free spins, with a "standard" x40 wager condition.
Another one is a "Provider of the month" code, which is a Free spins-only bonus with a nice wager condition of x20, which grants Free spins depending on how much was deposited.
Free spins are always granted in packs - one on the day of the deposit, and 24 hours after the initial deposit (and continuing after.
As for their "reward" program, one collects points to exchange and level up to get Free Spins and Low wager bonus money. 20 Euros in bets is one of these points, which is by far not the worst exchange rate I have seen so far, I am satisfied with what they offer, though it takes some time to level up again from a certain point.

Withdrawing is relatively quick, I did so over eWallets as I can receive money much quicker than over the normal bank transfer.
For mifinity it takes about 30 minutes to an hour, with the default bank transfer it's been 9 in the morning on the next workday for me.
I had a few issues with my first withdrawals, which I explain further in the negative section, after everything was solved, it was issue free. Verifying the account also was relatively quickly done.
The support has mostly been helpful and relatively quick to respond, I have not had a bad experience so far.
I kind of dislike the "pack" system in which free spins are granted as it keeps one playing over more days (probably the reason and a good move for a casino). I would rather have 200 free spins at once, not 50 given each day over 4 days.
I don't know if only I have this problem either: many bonuses are not activated automatically, but have to be by the support for some reason.
My first withdrawal: it had taken a good while for the withdrawal to be looked at. Then it was Declined, without receiving an email or anything else. I was apparently not fully verified, I messaged the support and sent in the documents again, once it got through I hoped for peace.
The second withdrawal, again, took a few hours to get out of the pending. I was surprised, tried it again, and it was rejected again.
