I finally did win something big and ofc wanted to withdraw it but I couldn’t because I had to verify my account. That was no problem I did send them everything they wanted and it says on their site that it takes under 24h to verify. 1 week later and still can’t withdraw anything because verification is not ready yet and ofc I am a gambler so I have lost a lot of the winnings already :( Loosing is ok its a part of gambling but this feels like a scam to get their money back

Verification process is very bad, incompetent employees. Sent picture of my ID front, back, copy of bill, Visa (even though I use 3rd party instdebit for deposit) and my DNA (JOKING..just about DNA though). Got verifying email saying 24 hours waited a week and no verification. I deposited 450 without any bonus very fun games wanted to play more but asked why verification was taking so long. Response was lackluster to say the best then they asked for more info saying scans are not permitted to be used. I say WTF?? I have to send you my original ID so it's even easier to steal my identity seriously....already gave you everything you asked for. Don't bother not worth your time unless you want to throw your money away without a chance of withdrawal. Sad though I would have loved this site.

That is 12 days straight of completely eating my money. Over $30000 to be exact! It is as though I am being penalized for cashing out and been put on a naughty list! Only thing I dislike is the lack of slots bonuses, you can deposit a 100 a week and still be declined a free bonus, and the bonuses that do get handed out are very small usually 2 to 3 spins, all other sites I play on have a lot more bonuses I'm not sure how LeoVegas compensates for this? perhaps the easy navigation on the site, either way, more slots bonus would be great.

Variety of games but most of them are high variance low payout games with high groups of dead spins. Never felt like any tangible way to win any of the games
Low payouts. Poor customer service. Verification process unlike any other casino where you almost need to provide them with blood sample and your first born child so they can finally send you the money. Waited a month almost and there was always a problem with something somewhere. Anybody who says fast withdrawals is high or something because as many players have said that is not the case

I would definitely recommend playing at LeoVegas.
Had a isssue with a withdrawel that was not received, I had to wait 5 days to before they could investigate the withdrawel. Which I thought it appeared something went wrongs with the withdrawel. Once they found out I got the money very quick. I would advise them to investigate after 2 days. 9 of 10 payments are processed within max 2 days, especially in the Netherlands.
