I rarely write reviews about online casinos even though I have played at many online casinos. I'm also playing at multiple sites right now. But I do want to say that there is definitely fairness and peace of mind playing at casinos owned by the Main Street Vegas Group Casinos. Yes, it DOES take a long time for them to pay you, but they DO pay in the end. I have played at all of their casinos and was lucky enough to, over a period of time, cashed out more than 10,000 US dollars from very small deposits with bonuses. In the end, I was paid 100%, and to me that's important! They paid me full amounts, not a single dollar more or less, with NO pain and hassles. So to conclude, if you are a fan of RTG slots and don't mind waiting to get your money, then I'm sure you will find playing at all of their casinos very positive.

If they are willing to change their payment duration, then I would say that the Main Street Vegas Group Casinos is TOP-NOTCH!

Payout delays to force you to play with winnings. Extremely long payout times. Over a 1.5 months and still getting excuses about their payment queues. Isn't worth playing if you have to wait months to get your money out! The worst!!

I want to make sure I'm fair with my review. I don't believe posting negative without positive is right. So, I like last Vegas USA's games and the fact you can win with this online casino. Customer service was very helpful in the beginning. This definitely would be my choice for my favorite online casino if....

Payout is ridiculous... I can't understand how it could take so far right at a month to payout $120. If you're able to take customers money you should be able to payout winnings at least in two weeks. I requested my $120 payout July 5, 2017. As of today the status is pending. Keep in mind it wasn't easy to take $25 playthrough $2500 to still be able to withdraw$120. I'm completely disappointed with this and afraid to put money in any online casino after the wait I'm experiencing with Las Vegas USA. I'm in hopes it will not be much longer of a wait.

Its only when you request a payout that you are waiting weeks on end and the payouts have still not yet to come. Do you realize how frustrating that is with a casino?!? Off chance you get lucky and win, but there is now a third obstacle to overcome. Receiving your winnings!!I Requested several payouts on 6/11/2017 and was told I would receive them latest 6/28/17. I go to check today to see if they were paid and they still have yet to even be processed. I go to talk to the finance dept. and they are not even open during their regular hours anymore. This is getting more scary the more I look into everything.

I finally get support on the line from a different department and they answer my questions extremely vaguely and tell me their manager is not even available and they do not know when they will be. Sketchy and really frustrating at this point but they just tell me to send in an email which I did.

I just wanted to make this more public for people looking at reviews to know all of this before they make their first deposit like I did. Picture walking into a casino placing a bet on the blackjack table winning and then getting paid in an IOU with a note saying be patient. I will provide pictures of the requests.

My thinking as of this moment is that it must be nice operating a casino that quickly takes money and off your hands if you lose but does not have the same outlook when it comes to paying out on the lucky chance that you win. Very frustrating and I hope this review catches their attention and future potential customers to not make the same mistake I'm in right now.

The wait to get your money is ridiculous. It takes them 2 seconds to take money out of your acct but weeks just to get your money. Its pretty frustrating.

If you can survive the significant playthrough requirements, this casino does offer a good bonus program. However, just know that if you win big you will be waiting a long time to receive your money.

I made a significant amount from the site by playing through a large bonus. Only then did I learn about the rediculously long payout estimates. Long story short, I am looking at an estimate of 5 months before I receive my winnings.

There are numerous numerous issues with their financial policies and department. First, the chat personnel are full of "canned" answers and do nothing to make you feel like a valued customer. Secondly, I tried to email the main support address as a second option, and their email account rejected my emails as spam! And this was from two legitimate email accounts. Thus, I suspect emailing them is not even a legitimate option. Third, as corroborates by complaints on this site, they seem to always have a "problem with their dispensing system" that apparently has been around forever. Therefore, they advised me that a check would be my only option.

Here's the next round of madness. The maximum you can request at one time is $2,500, then they estimate two weeks approval time. Then, they will only pay you $1,000 per week. Then, they will not approve your second withdrawal request until the first one is paid. So, out of my $9,000 withdrawal request (I deposited/lost a ton so don't congratulate me), it was parceled out into 11 payouts, some of which will not be looked at for more than 2 months. Avoid avoid avoid

Good bonuses better than any other casino I've visited. Fair game play and I did get paid. Good graphics.

Withdrawal was too slow almost 2 weeks and they weren't able to an ACH withdrawal.

The bonus amounts are really good. They do have Real Time Gaming platform so that is nice. Very easy to setup and the machines seem to fairly loose.

The play through on the bonus is worse than I have ever seen online. You will die of old age before you get past it. I hit four separate hits of over $1500 on the site and played through that and was still $30k away from the play through requirement! They make it very difficult as well because they cap wagers at $2 on some of the games that typically do well at $5 and $10 wagers. Then they lock some of the games where you do not have the option of playing them. Scam site in my eyes as they have placed the odds so far to the casino's advantage that there is no way to win. Much better going to Silver Oak or Club World.

I never played on online casino and for some reason decided to try Las Vegas before reading any reviews. So that's mine review:

I deposit 80$ and got 150$ bonus with x 90 wagering. I wager it and after id verification (which took 3 days) requested withdraw in amount 1039$ on 07/22/15. Status of the request remained - "requested" till I got check on my name it was on 08/06/15 so it too about 2 weeks to receive check and at bank of america they told me what to deposit it on my account it would take about 6 working days since bank what issue that check was Canadian.
So finally on 08/18/15 I've got 939 on my bank account - 100$ was a commission from bank of america transaction.

I will try once again and if I win I will leave second review.

I had some problems with the customer service here but it worked itself out once I applied a bit more pressure. Other than that it was a good experience and I would try it again.
